The inability to scale ads cost-effectively led to diminished profitability, causing the company to experience stagnant growth.   What we did Initially, we conducted in-depth market research and meticulously analyzed our entire product catalog to identify top-performing products with the highest growth potential. By focusing on these standout products, we developed a comprehensive campaign structure that targets potential customers at every stage of their purchasing journey, both on and off the platform, utilizing every opportunity within the Amazon Ads console. With complete control over our ads, we aggressively increased market share for our top product line, achieving the highest organic positions for numerous keywords. This stable customer acquisition allowed us to strategically upsell accessories and additional products, enhancing our customers’ overall gym experience. Having secured leading positions for nearly all our products on the platform, we expanded our ad strategy to include Amazon DSP. Leveraging Amazon DSP’s robust capabilities, we aimed to build brand awareness both on and off Amazon, significantly enhancing our overall brand presence and increasing mass awareness.   Result After almost 4 years of cooperation we have become number one brand on the market and significantly increased total revenue while maintaining ACoS of 12% on average. Reach out to know more! ### Amazon PPC for Garage Organizers company Company background   The brand we are going to talk about today is one of the largest garage organizers retailer in the US that turned to Prime Clicks in February 2021 to increase revenue on Amazon.   The challenge   Due to market competitiveness and poor marketing the brand reached a point of stunned growth. To revive momentum, we need to boost customer loyalty and expand our market share. However, achieving this has been challenging with our current low conversion rates and insufficient reviews   What we did   Initially, we focused on improving the conversion rate for our top-performing products. This involved updating product images, enhancing A+ content, implementing a sophisticated review generation strategy, and conducting A/B testing to achieve the highest possible conversion rates at that time.   With optimized listings geared for conversion, we gradually increased our ad spend while maintaining a certain level of profitability. We also established a complex campaign structure designed to balance profitability with rapid revenue growth. This approach, combined with careful budget optimization, strengthened the brand’s reach, secured high organic rankings for high search volume keywords, and improved rankings for a large number of medium and low search volume keywords, ultimately driving increase in revenue.   Having reached leading positions for nearly all our products on the platform, we decided to expand our ad strategy with Amazon DSP. Leveraging Amazon DSP’s capabilities, we aimed to build brand awareness both on and off Amazon, enhancing our overall brand presence and increasing mass awareness.   Result After 3 years of cooperation we have achieved leading market positions and significantly increased total revenue while maintaining ACoS of 17% on average. ### Amazon DSP for Coffee Brand The brand we are going to talk about today is a famous coffee retailer that turned to Prime Clicks in April 2020 to increase revenue on Amazon.  Due to market competitiveness and poor marketing the brand reached a point of stunned growth. The company needed to increase customer loyalty and market share, which seemed to be impossible due to big brands like Starbucks.  Focusing on top-performing products, we employed A/B testing to reach highest metrics possible. That was essential before increasing ad budget. We also performed a complex setup of several types of advertising for each product. Proper campaign structure and careful budget optimization helped strengthen the brand’s reach and increase revenue. Later we set up subscription feature on some of the products to increase customer loyalty.    After reaching certain threshold of detail page views for best selling ASINs we decided to take advantage of Amazon’s latest technology – Amazon DSP. We used Amazon DSP offering to achieve the goals of building a brand on and off Amazon and increase mass awareness. After 21 month of cooperation we increased total revenue by more than 350% while maintaining ACoS of 16% on average.  ### Increasing Sales for Board Game Brand on Amazon In October 2020 the company that specializes on board games turned to Prime Clicks to improve amazon ads performance and scale the brand. The company sells a wide range of board games with murder mystery being the top selling game series. It gives you an opportunity to become a detective and investigate murder cases.  The brand managed to establish a strong presence in the niche, however, due to lack of advertising experience their external team could not scale the brand further. When we analyzed the niche we noticed that the majority of market share is controlled by big brands like Hasbro making it extremely difficult to increase our market share even with superior products.  After a thorough examination of the brand’s situation, we noticed that their team did not utilize a full funnel approach. Our team developed a plan to lure new and reach existing customers at various stages of their purchase journey. We employed a full range of sponsored ads products, including Sponsored Display and Sponsored Brands. We also strategically launched brand awareness campaign to target the right audience. The team developed a video ad to convey to prospective customers how it’s like to use our client’s products to have a great time with family and friends.    Our team also decided to take advantage of Amazon DSP, a programmatic ad buying system and the easiest way to bring in external traffic and generate valuable sales leads. With its help, we managed to drive much more high quality external traffic to the brand’s store. After 18 months of cooperation we increased total revenue by more than 500% while maintaining ACoS of 22% on average.    ### Launching Sports & Outdoors brand on Amazon The brand that sells in Sports & Outdoors category on Amazon contacted us in October 2021 seeking for help in Amazon advertising. The company sells a wide range of products from camping tents to stoves and grills.  The main sales channel for the company was website on Shopify. The client did not pay much attention to Amazon due to past poor experience and difficulties in growing the brand on Amazon.  Past advertising was poorly managed with a high CPA leaving the company with no growth and profit. Listings were not optimized for SEO and conversion. Initially we started with optimizing listings and analyzing past ad data. We have also requested historical demographic data from the client’s website to get better understanding who are target customers are.  We started by reformatting advertising campaigns according to the ZTH (Zero to Hero) structure. Next, our PPC team removed all unnecessary Match Types, removing about one thousand duplicates. Within the first month ad metrics improved significantly.We have also conducted A/B testing to achieve the highest possible conversion rate.  We created appropriate ad campaigns to keep the client’s listing away from competitors’ ASINs and Sponsored Display Ads, thus saving listing conversions. Later we also started working on increasing Brand awareness by utilizing Sponsored Brands campaigns allocating 20% of total daily budget.  In the span of 15 months the client has seen a significant growth in sales on Amazon. Amazon  got ahead of Shopify and became the main sales channel. Amazon PPC sales were almost $1.3 million while total sales for this period exceeded $2 million.  ### Crushing Q4 for Kitchen appliances brand Today we will talk about the U.S. based Home & Kitchen brand. The company improves everyday life by providing high quality kitchen appliances for its customers.  The company turned to Prime Clicks for initial audit and recommendations. As a result, we found many obvious mistakes in advertising, that resulted in poor ad metrics. The brand could grow faster if advertised properly.  We started with campaign restructuring. We separated best selling products into separate campaigns to have more control over bids and placements. We created a strategy for Q4 and optimized campaigns and listings accordingly.  To reduce Wasted Spend, we carefully analyzed the Search Term report and identified all the keywords that generated clicks but were above our target CPA.  We have also conducted A/B testing and provided help with Enhanced Brand Content optimization.  We also launched defensive campaigns to protect our branded keywords and product pages to minimize chances for competitors to steal our sales.  In the span of 3 months the client has seen a significant growth in sales on Amazon. Amazon PPC sales were almost $500k for Q4, while total sales exceeded $1.2 million.  ### Advanced Amazon Ads Strategy for Lighting Brand In February 2021 lighting equipment company that sells chandeliers, solitaires, table and floor lamps turned to Prime Clicks in the need of rapidly scaling their business on Amazon. Not only did the company need to increase sales, but also needed to look at pushing the full product range. The category was very competitive with huge brands that had a large market share. Due to the high cost-per-click we had to develop a sophisticated strategy to gain customer reviews and improve ranking while maintaining ACoS below the break-even point.  Initially focusing our attention on the products that already had a good level of traction and sales history based on data in the Business Reports we’ve studied and redesigned the client’s Amazon PPC structure to decrease cost-per-click. This new PPC structure allowed us to exert better control over the following sales and ads effectiveness data. Later we settled sponsored brand campaigns to grow brand awareness and utilized product targeting to increase market share. We also managed to push the full product range which resulted in significant increase in total revenue.  n the span of 10 months, PPC-driven sales grew by over 250% in comparison to 2020, while reducing ACoS to 13%.
