We measure the project's success depending on the service. In terms of Google Ads and social media ads, we measure the leads generated by campaigns. For SEO, we measure clicks and impressions. Our website traffic has drastically increased since we started working with Prime Clicks. The entire team has done a great job. 

How did Prime Clicks perform from a project management standpoint?

Prime Clicks' communication is excellent. We have weekly video calls on Google Meet and talk through a combination of Slack, WhatsApp, and, rarely, email. Prime Clicks delivers work on time. The project manager keeps us informed, and the team is aligned with our strategy. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like that Prime Clicks is proactive, engaged, and has great communication. The team is an expert in their field. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Prime Clicks could expand their services to include TikTok Ads for better exposure. Other than that, I don't have any constructive feedback.

Year-over-year performance of 172% in total orders and 161% in total sales with a better performance in all relevant KPIs such as ACoS, TACoS, Clicks, ROAS, and conversion rate. Successful campaign activations that led to peak performance during key periods.

Prime Clicks prompt responses and quick delivery have made the entire project management very effective. They provide insights on the go and deliver detailed analyses with clear explanations that allow us to update and adjust our clients' strategies accurately. 
Despite various challenges encountered and sometimes a lack of resources to perform well, Prime Clicks was adaptive and cooperative in providing the best results for the conditions given.

Their responsiveness and dedication. We've worked with many contractors and team members in the past but the constant follow-ups, reminders, attentiveness, and adapting mentality of Prime Clicks have been a game changer.

Easy to work with, even when misunderstandings or mismanagement occur (which will always happen when working in teams), they are attentive to the feedback and apply changes immediately. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Prime Clicks could have done differently?

They made all the adjustments necessary that we requested when it was necessary, and they are always open to feedback to improve the quality of their services. As long as they keep this work ethic, I don't think any areas need improvement.

We started from scratch regarding our Amazon sales. Prime Clicks has helped us list and optimize our products, and we currently sell approximately $50,000–$70,000 monthly on the two marketplaces combined. Our sales are a good start and our main success metric.

Prime Clicks delivers work on time, and any task has been delayed. We usually have weekly calls on Google Meet and also communicate via WhatsApp and email.

Although I haven't worked with any Amazon Ads providers before, Prime Clicks' communication has always been clear. The team is professional, and their work quality is also good.

Prime Clicks' pricing is kind of high. We're a small company, and when we started, it was complicated to pay the fees because we had no sales on Amazon. The price is good now, but it was lower initially.

When we hired Prime Clicks, we knew nothing about Amazon because it's not a common marketplace in Asia. Prime Clicks has prepared all the requirements for us. We've chosen the product lines to launch on Amazon, and the team then provided us with Fulfillment by Amazon requirements and helped us set the inventory. Prime Clicks has helped us open our account, ship inventory, and create listings. The team has optimized our listings and continues to optimize them on a regular basis.

The main focus of Prime Clicks' services is Amazon Ads management. The team provides the full range of Amazon services, including listing optimization and helping us resolve other issues we've encountered on Amazon.

When we engaged with Prime Clicks, we started from scratch and didn't have sales on Amazon in the US. In the past two years, we've sold approximately $8 million.

How did Prime Clicks perform from a project management standpoint?

We don't have set deadlines because Prime Clicks's work is continuous. However, the team delivers reports on time. If we contact Prime Clicks for support or to manage agency claims, they communicate timely via Slack and email.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to highlight Danila, with whom we communicate the most. He offers excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We haven't worked with other Amazon management service providers, but we work with agencies for our general digital marketing. Prime Clicks has better communication and more competitive pricing. We found several agencies when we were looking for an Amazon management agency. Prime Clicks was definitely not the most expensive one.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The team's only area for improvement is the time difference. We're located in Asia, and Prime Clicks is located in the US. Although the managers who work with us are located in Europe, there is still a five-hour difference between Bangkok and Barcelona. That is something the team could potentially improve if they work with customers around the world.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve hired Prime Clicks to manage our ads on Amazon. They’ve set up our Amazon account and listings to sell our products in the US. They’re only doing marketing on Amazon; all additional services, such as SEO for listings, are related to it.

Initially, we provided them with catalogs with technical documentation so they could learn about the project, the products, and how they work. Kitchen hardware is a niche space, so people don’t know anything about it unless they’re another kitchen cabinet manufacturer.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with three teammates who are basically managers, but our primary communication is with Daniel (Head of Sales).

How did you come to work with Prime Clicks?

A good friend from another company in Hong Kong recommended the company.

How much have you invested with them?

I don’t know the amount we’ve spent on this whole period. We started with $3,000 as a monthly retainer, and the price is based on performance. When we achieved a total market revenue on Amazon of $1,000, they increased the figure, and when we achieved $100,000, they did it again.

Our current fee is based on the percentage of EV sales. For example, our last one was slightly over $4,000.

We initially weren’t looking for any specific results. We just wanted to get into Amazon’s US marketplace to see how that worked for our product. Since our product is very specific because it’s direct-to-customer, we weren’t sure it would work for us at all.

We didn’t have any sales when we started, so we’ve obviously seen progress. We currently sell over $100,000 per month, depending on the month.

In terms of project management, we don’t have any specific deadlines. It’s not like when you do a photoshoot and wait for the reminders that it’s in 1–2 weeks, for example. Prime Clicks has provided all the reports on time, and we mainly communicate through WhatsApp.

Every project requires information and actions from the client side. If you’re not engaged in the project, don’t provide the necessary information, or don’t fulfill all necessary actions, the project won’t be successful, regardless of how good the agency is.

Results are achieved due to their jobs and ours; we support them, provide all the information, and set the goals to keep them.
