What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Primary Digital Marketing has successfully updated our site and implemented e-commerce functionality into it. They’re always able to answer our technical questions, and we have many of them. They’re also quick to address any site issues that arise.

Primary Digital Marketing has performed well in terms of project management. They’re incredibly responsive and quick to address issues and concerns.

We needed someone to build our website and provide SEO services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Primary Digital Marketing has created our WordPress website from scratch doing everything from initiation to completion, including design and development. To jumpstart the process, I told them what I liked from different websites, and they put everything together, including logo design. In addition, Primary Digital Marketing provides SEO services for us, including keyword research.

Currently, they continue in charge of the website and make necessary updates and changes.

We work with two members of their team, including Adrian (Owner).

I found them while researching a local provider and chose them because their reviews were great.

We've had an overall great collaboration; Primary Digital Marketing's team is great at what they do, and their work quality is top class — I get a lot of compliments on the websites they develop for us. Additionally, we've increased engagement thanks to their efficient work, which is getting us more job applications.

How did Primary Digital Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet all of my deadlines and get everything done right away. In addition, they provide good follow-up with great customer service. Regarding communication, we use emails.
