Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Scope of Work and Key Deliverables: Pressiqa was engaged to provide a digital public relations and media feature package designed to increase professional visibility, credibility, and online brand exposure. The engagement included development, publication, and promotional support for a feature recognizing Shauna-Kaye Brown as one of the Top 10 Visionary Speakers of 2026. Key deliverables included:
- MSN Feature Article: Development and publication of a professional profile within the Top 10 Visionary Speakers of 2026 feature, including a direct link to the live MSN article. The published profile highlighted Shauna-Kaye Brown's work as a transformational keynote speaker, attorney, leadership strategist, bestselling author, executive leader, and Founder.
- Content Development and Review: Pressiqa developed the feature content using information supplied through its PR questionnaire and provided the individual profile snippet for review and approval before publication.
- Professionally Branded Header: Creation of a professionally designed visual header featuring the individuals included in the publication.
- Social Media Promotional Asset: Provision of branded promotional material to support sharing and amplification of the published feature across social media platforms.
- Backlink: Inclusion of a backlink to Shauna-Kaye Brown's website or social media presence to direct readers to her professional platform and strengthen digital visibility.
- Publication and Promotional Support: Coordination of the submission through publication and delivery of the live article and associated promotional materials following publication.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The project is expected to strengthen professional visibility, credibility, and digital brand presence through measurable media exposure. Key indicators of success include:
- Published Media Placement: Successful publication and continued accessibility of the Top 10 Visionary Speakers of 2026 feature on MSN.
- Professional Brand Visibility: Increased exposure to audiences beyond existing professional and social networks.
- Digital Traffic: Referral traffic and audience engagement generated through the backlink included in the published feature.
- Social Media Engagement: Measurable impressions, views, shares, comments, saves, and other engagement generated from promotion of the feature across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Enhanced Professional Credibility: Ability to incorporate the MSN feature into speaker materials, professional biography, website, media kit, and marketing collateral as third-party media recognition.
- Business Development Opportunities: New speaking inquiries, professional connections, coaching or training leads, website visits, and other opportunities attributable to or influenced by the media exposure.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Pressiqa successfully delivered the primary project deliverables, and the article was published within the timeframe communicated to me. The content review process was straightforward, and I was given an opportunity to review and approve my feature before publication. However, there were areas where the project management experience could have been stronger.
Most notably, the formal written contract was not provided until after I had already paid for the service, completed onboarding, submitted my materials, and approved my article content. This created concerns for me because certain provisions in the later agreement did not fully align with my understanding of the terms communicated before payment.
When I raised those concerns, I did not find the resolution process particularly responsive or efficient. I had to follow up and explain my concerns multiple times, which became frustrating. Ultimately, Pressiqa completed the four deliverables that had been promised, and the feature was published as scheduled.
From a project management perspective, I would recommend greater transparency regarding contractual terms at the beginning of the engagement and more direct, timely responses when clients raise concerns.
What was your primary form of communication with PRESSIQA?
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Nothing
Are there any areas for improvement or something PRESSIQA could have done differently?
The primary area for improvement would be Pressiqa’s contracting and client communication process. The formal agreement should have been provided for review before payment and before the project commenced, rather than later in the engagement after onboarding and content approval had already occurred.
Providing all contractual terms, deliverables, refund provisions, and publication conditions at the outset would create greater transparency and allow clients to make fully informed decisions before proceeding. Additionally, when I raised concerns regarding the agreement and subsequently requested a refund, the communication could have been more responsive and solution-oriented.
I found myself having to reiterate concerns that I had already explained in writing. A more direct acknowledgment of the specific issues raised, followed by a clear response addressing each concern, would have significantly improved the client experience.
Pressiqa ultimately delivered the four substantive deliverables promised to me, so my concerns are not about the final delivery of the project. Rather, the opportunity for improvement lies in establishing clearer contractual expectations at the beginning of the engagement and strengthening the process for addressing client concerns when they arise.
