Although Press Record Media was known to our organization as a documentary style video production company, they were able to take their knowledge and perspective and create a compelling product video that contained no people, and a limited story. Their ability to adapt to the needs of our customer and the restraints we provided, has meant we have been able to use them and recommend them over and over.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Press Record Media could have done differently?

I wish I had known the breadth of their capabilities sooner, so that I could have been using them more often. This project opened up a new perspective of how we could utilize their services. Now I find looping them in early in discovery with our clients allows us to see possibilities our clients may not have considered.
