We’ve noticed clear progress in the quality and stability of the ABAP developments delivered. Smooth communication and Practical Solutions Technologies’ commitment to agreed timelines are also key factors reflecting the success of the collaboration.

Second, a tailored production and operations management software that includes a manufacturing workflow platform.Regarding features and modules, the team has delivered a shop floor control system, a core module designed to track and manage real-time manufacturing activities on the plant floor. This includes tracking production orders, monitoring machine and line status, capturing operator data, and providing live visibility into shop floor execution and throughput. The team has also delivered an automated banking payments module, a custom financial integration feature built directly into the operational ecosystem to automate electronic payment processing, stream banking transactions, reduce manual data entry, and streamline reconciliation between production-related expenses/payables and banking systems.

We also have granular visibility into operator hours and machine usage, which has allowed us to significantly reduce idle times, eliminate bottlenecks, and better measure labor productivity.Regarding banking and financial metrics, we now have full, step-by-step traceability from initial payment requests to final execution and bank settlement. Eliminating blind spots in banking operations has drastically reduced processing lead times and virtually eliminated manual errors in bank transfers.In terms of numbers, we've decreased machine and operator idle time by 20%–30% through real-time shop floor visibility. We've also improved cycle time tracking accuracy for machinery and labor by 100%, moving from retroactive manual logs to instantaneous digital tracking. Moreover, we've achieved near-zero error rates (>95% reduction) in bank transfers and payment routing by replacing manual data entry with end-to-end automation. Finally, we've cut payment processing and bank reconciliation times by over 60%, providing complete end-to-end auditability across all transactions.Beyond operational efficiency, the project has successfully achieved full audit compliance across all automated banking procedures and significantly enhanced internal risk controls for our company.

The team made everything on the SAP side, caught events, collected information, sent it through CPI to MixStations (our solution), and then received back data and inserted it on SAP accordingly.
