Neuro is a functional confectionary company that sells energy gum and mints as well as supplements in the form of gum and mints. I am the current co-founder and CEO.

We were looking to scale our product on Amazon but needed the proper PPC implementation to do so - something we did not have in-house.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to increase Neuro's presence on Amazon as the leader in Energy and Focus gum and mints, as well as Calm and Clarity gum and mints.

PPC Strike managed our Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Product Display Ads (PDAs) Product Display Ads and optimized them.

We worked with Jeff, Johnny, and received monthly reports from Jony from their team. Small but effective.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our Amazon sales have increased 5X since working with PPCStrike, and we are the number one energy gum on there.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was incredibly smooth, and they were responsive to every question we may have had. Even during our Shark Tank appearance, they worked overtime to ensure we got maximum exposure.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing was their responsiveness.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We would have liked to schedule more bi-weekly meetings with them where we get deeper insight into the ads and what they were doing.

I am the owner of a private label amazon company and who produces products for daycares and pre-schools.

We engaged PPC Strike to help with our sponsored ad campaigns. It is difficult to keep up with the changes in how sponsored ad campaigns are changing, keyword changes and bid amounts to capture the largest audience possible, while keeping our ad dollars within budget. Hiring an expert was our decision to ensure we are reaching our target audience in the most effective and economical way.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to maximize our ad dollar spend while falling inline with our ACOS goals to ensure we are converting as many customers as possible, while pushing the limits of our ad campaign dollars.

We researched multiple marketing agencies but ultimately we agreed PPC Strike was the correct vendor to partner with because of their focus on the Amazon platform, where most of our sales are driven.

We also selected PPC Strike because of the platform and analytic tools they use to improve their processes month over month. Ensuring that we did not just setup a single campaign and make seldom updates.

We agreed to setup multiple campaigns with different marketing dollars and strategies across our product base. Watch their performance and use metrics to dial in which campaigns were working and which ones we could tweak. We also setup negative ad campaigns and target competitors to land on searches were we were not specifically being pulled into the search results.

PPC Strike provided a dedicated account manager who did a great job communicating the project goals and performance. Their team was easy to reach and were effective communicators.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We consistently rank #1 on the page and have great results with our marketing efforts. Many of the keywords used have surprised us in the results of our monthly reviews. Targeting keywords that are complimentary to our product have driven new sales and targeted an audience that we had not previously captured. We saw a 20% increase in sales because of our PPC campaign.

The team was easy accessible using email, phone calls and WhatsApp. If we had ideas, they acted immediately and with a sense of urgency.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They invested in tools and software systems that are out of budget for most small businesses, allowing us to leverage more expensive tools that increased our conversions.

We hired Charlie at PPC Strike to do our Sponsored Ads and Headline ads PPC for our Amazon.com account.

What were your goals for this project?

To maximize our sales while keeping our average cost of sale low as possible. We have done different types of campaigns with them depending on where our product is in the lifecycle.

They had came recommended by other large Amazon sellers doing at least $1M/year in revenue.

We granted them access to our Amazon accounts and they have managed the work actively on a weekly basis. We are continuing to work with them ongoing and have recommended them to other sellers.

We were in communication with the owner, Charlie, whenever need-be. Our account is looked after by an account manager for weekly operations.
