PPC JUMPSTART manages our Amazon USA and UK advertising (PPC) accounts. The team has reviewed all existing campaigns and set up many new campaigns using bespoke strategies to maximize sales at the lowest cost per click. Campaigns have ranged from sponsored product, sponsored brand, sponsored brand video, and sponsored display. PPC JUMPSTART also maintains weekly reports.

How did you come to work with PPC JUMPSTART?

I was looking for a new Amazon agency when I stumbled upon the Founder on Reddit. He had answered several posts about Amazon PPC and was very impressive.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with PPC JUMPSTART in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve seen a reduction in our account ACoS and TACoS, an improvement in the ratio of paid to organic sales, and a higher net profit after PPC fees. In the US, ACoS has reduced from around 40%–45% to 25%–30%, and TACoS has reduced from around 25%–30% to 10%–15%. In the UK, ACoS has reduced from around 30%–40% to 25%, and TACoS has reduced from around 20%–25% to 10%–15%. Our total sales volume has remained approximately the same, but in a landscape of increasing competition, this has been a decent result. Return on ad spend (ROAS) has been covered in discussions on ACoS.

PPC JUMPSTART has always delivered on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I've been most impressed by how PPC Jumpstart has delivered on its promise to improve my account metrics whilst maintaining sales. Several larger agencies with bigger teams have been unable to compete here.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When we started, we had monthly face-to-face video calls, and those disappeared after about nine months of working with PPC JUMPSTART. However, the weekly email summaries and more detailed monthly email analysis has been very consistent and face-to-face calls have always remained available on request.
