Feedback cycles were managed efficiently, with most adjustments reaching full alignment within just two to three rounds of revisions. Overall, the collaboration was highly responsive and well-organized, leading to a polished final product and a very positive working experience.

What stood out most was their workflow. They set up a well-organized Slack workspace for communication, which kept everything clear and efficient. Their Figma files were also exceptionally structured and easy to navigate, collaboration was smooth and straightforward. They delivered great results and made the entire collaboration a great experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Potential could have done differently?

I don’t have any complaints, but one area of potential improvement would be for them to take a stronger lead in offering their own UI recommendations. At times, they deferred to our decisions, but given their expertise, their input and guidance would have been valuable.

Potential delivered a good UI design. I haven’t published the app yet, but all the feedback I’ve received has been positive. Users like how user-friendly the app is and how uniform the colors are. I’m planning to measure the success of the UI design by how good users have a good time exploring and using the app.
