Our product, Rowi, was a habit tracker focused on making physical activity part of everyday life. We aimed to motivate people to exercise consistently and build an active lifestyle.

We needed a brand and digital experience that made everyday movement feel approachable and encouraged consistency. Our app needed to be easy to navigate, while our communications needed to show that exercise was for everyone rather than rely on fitness stereotypes. 

SOLUTION

What challenge were you trying to address with SP?

Positive Agency developed the Rowi name from the expression “in a row” and created our visual identity. They combined AI prompting with art direction to shape the brand and its flame character.

Their team designed our app interface and website around a simple user experience. They also developed a social media strategy centered on accessible exercise content, supported by inclusive creator scouting and branded materials.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We came away with a consistent visual style across our digital presence and supporting materials. Positive Agency gave our app a smooth, simple flow, while the flame character made the experience friendlier. Their use of AI alongside design refinements helped accelerate the design work. On top of that, they helped me publish the application and keep it maintained.

Their support has been amazing because I don't know much about this industry. My only goal was to create this app to help people and connect them with sports brands. They pay great attention to detail and consistently provide solid, well-thought-out strategic work.

They use project management tools like Monday and Trazday, which always gave me full visibility into where we stood with the project. And to answer whether it was delivered on time: we had the first version up and running in under two months, followed by another month while waiting for App Store approval. 

Leveraging AI truly accelerated many of the processes and features I needed for the app. They are remarkably efficient and have great design taste when building applications. Above all, because they are a marketing agency, they also know how to distribute it effectively. We've already hit our first 100 users, we're currently in accelerator programs, and I couldn't have gotten here without them. Having the first version ready in under two months while keeping full transparency made the entire process smooth and predictable.

So far, I haven't found a single flaw. We're fully in the development phase, and they walk me through the strategies, provide analytics via custom dashboards, and ensure thorough follow-through. They truly took ownership of this project, and I love how detail-oriented they are.

I’m the founder of NegOcean, a startup that connects construction providers with contractors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Positive Agency?

I needed a company to help me with the UX/UI design of our platform. We’re currently in the MVP stage and will roll out in a couple of months. I also needed an advisor who could help me develop my idea, create a plan, and come up with an advertising campaign to promote our startup.
