They understood the brief completely and there were minimal revisions to be done to the final video. Overall they produced a fantastic video which was also praised internally by team members.

As this particular project we did have a very tight deadline, the team at Posh Gecko went above and beyond to make sure it was completed as per our requirements and on time.

They were very easy to work with and most importantly to communicate with, nothing was ever too much trouble for them no matter what requests were given to them.

We tasked Posh Gecko with creating a reel looking back at everything we achieved in 2023. A key deliverable was to produce an engaging video which flowed nicely so there was enough time to read what was on screen without losing pace. We also required the film to match our branding so it was important that they understood us and our brand guidelines for the project.

Posh Gecko's project management was great through out the process. After an initial call they set out a timeline of when we could expect things to review, which was always shared ahead of time. Whenever we provided feedback they were very quick to respond and adapt the video to meet our requirements.

They really understood our vision for the video and took the time to understand our business and our branding to ensure it matched our look and feel as an agency. I felt that the communication was great and they were always checking in to see if we were happy throughout the process.

Posh Gecko was brought onboard to visually tell the story of our autism-related products. Starting with a script we provided, they honed the text before submitting a very clear, detailed storyboard for our review. After taking our thoughts onboard, they then came back with the first draft of animation, making changes until we had a final video.

At this time, that our internal team was very happy with the work and it made our vision come alive.

Full 2-minute video, and 4 smaller sections of the video exported and sent to us in a timely and professional manner. All stakeholders within our team very happy with final product.

Posh Gecko, especially Ross, were very quick to respond to any amendments or questions we had and went above and beyond to solve any issues or queries, even throwing in extra services for free along the way to help the progression of the project move at good pace.

Easy to communicate with, no question was too big or too small. The quality of work was always high and professional.

We were handed over from someone we met as an introduction to the company, to another colleague who acted more as the Project Manager - it would have been good to have both contacts present from the first call to avoid anything becoming lost in translation. This was quickly and effectively resolved however!
