Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed a new area to host the training for industry qualification. As our existing site was written in 2008 it was proposed to update that too. The site had to remain working throughout development. This was succesfully completed and we have now commissioned further wrok to provide ongoing support and rebuild the older elements of the site. Excellent to work with them in co-operation.

An online training site with capacity for lessons, text, video etc and  practice assessments.

They were very very responsive to our needs. The project worked iteratively which was very helpful not having to have a limiting scope. Poole Software were helpful with ideas and very responive to our requests.

Their co-operative working with us. It was not about contract, it was about co-operation.

NOthing really, the project took a little time, but if more resources had been deployed it would have cost more so we agreed they would take longer, sort other immediate priorities as needed, and save us money.
