Are there any areas for improvement or something Polyxer Systems could have done differently?

If we hadn't been working so quickly, I would have spent more time on style and architecture issues. I had some disagreements about the inner workings of the final project but most of the code was well-organized and relatively readable. I would have preferred their developers had more consistency in style and we should have agreed to a linter at the outset. 

From a project management standpoint, some of the additional items should have been evaluated for a level of effort before plowing forward. However, this may have simply been an issue with the tight timeline. However, there were no major issues in any area.
