I'm the project manager of an IT Company and take care of all the project management work.

For what projects/services did your company hire , and what were your goals?

We hired PODS365 for Lingual Ecommerce Marketplace Development of website and Android Mobile Application for Indonesian Market.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

PODS365 reference we got from a friend who worked with them in the past and he was having very positive feedback for PODS365. They prepared detailed technical documentation and wireframes based upon this my team likes their work and we move forward for the rest of the project.

PODS365 developed my app completely from scratch, based on the UI design we finalized. We’re building the website and app natively, only for Android only at the moment. I’m a Project manger and organizer. The goal is to create a really good product, and this is what I’m striving for.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There are 6 people on Basecamp, and I’m usually in communication with 2 people from PODS365. The project manager is my main contact, and I talk to the developers when needed.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I am very much impressed with the way they handled my project and we were always advanced in milestone completion.

The project was very easy to communicate and provided frequent updates. We used Asana, Trello and Slack as communication channels and project management.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’re very straightforward and honest. Rather than looking for payable hours, they strive to deliver a good product to the client. It’s very important for me that the people involved are really putting their hearts into the product, and this is the case with Appinventiv’s team. I can see this in the feedback they give me. They’ve recommended things that saved me money and made the product better.

For example, their lead developer recommended that we build the algorithm for showing videos later. If we did it now and there was a bug, it would’ve taken them ages to identify it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I’m really happy with the PODS365 processes. If something isn’t working well, I can talk to their lead manager or one of their bosses, and they’ll take care of it.

I am the president of Avantage 360. Avantage 360 is a rapidly growing building science firm. We are dedicating to give our clients the best service possible. Using new technologies like drone give us a edge over competitor and our clients received better result in a new way. Yves Branconier, eng. is specialized in roofing, building envelope and parking lot. Mr. Branconier is also a licence drone pilot for commercial drone flight.

For what projects/services did your company hire PODS365, and what were your goals?

We wanted to develop a web base application to do inspection using drone images and orthomosaic images produce by drone. The app would also be able to show 3D images and identified deficiencies. We also wanted to use AI to identify roof deficiencies.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

POD'S 365 presented the best solution using different design of the web app. They presented wireframe that met our expectation and presented solution that were perfect for our need.

They first design wireframe of the app according to our need. Once the wireframe were approved, they hired a web designer who design all the screen of the app. Then they have chosen RUBY RAIL has the best technology to program the app. They met our deadlines and were always keeping us on the loop and gave us weekly progress.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

For this project, there was 4 programmers involved in the project and one project manager. A web designer was also part of the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Project was deliver on schedule and at a lower cost than we budgeted. They also added some interesting feature that we did not thing about. This is what we appreciated from POD'S 365. They were proactive and not only doing the job.

Like I said earlier, they were giving us weekly progress and also more frequently if needed. They use a online software (Jira) so we could see progress everyday online.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication was the best. They also came to us with new idea and new ways of doing things that we did not thing about. They took the project as if it was their own app they were developing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing they should work on is billing. Although this might seen strange, they were a bit late sending invoices. That is my only complaint.
