Working with Pocket Films was a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Every step of production was clearly delineated and our team was always kept in the loop.

The explainer video process with Pocket Films involved several steps and stages of production, including script development, storyboarding, illustrations, animation, sound design, and music composition. After they developed a script, the team created a storyboard, which is a series of sketches that visually outline the key scenes in the video.

Then they produced illustrations for each scene, which animator used to create the final video. During the animation process, they add sound effects and music to create a more engaging and immersive experience. The end result was a clean, polished explainer video that we're all incredibly proud of.

We provided updates via email and phone after each milestone, including links to a scene/shot overview, storyboard, style frames, voice-over, and initial animations. Although we're happy with the result and quality of the work, the video is not available yet and we have not had any feedback. It will be published shortly.

Our explainer video process generally consisted of 6 main steps: discovery and strategy, scriptwriting, storyboarding, animation, voiceover recording, and final edits. All of these steps were completed by a team from Pocket Films. Overall, working with Pocket Films was a very positive experience. They were efficient and kept us updated throughout the whole process.

The end result was a high-quality, polished explainer video that we're all very happy with.

It would be difficult to share their impact because we only published the video on our website. However, the video was very impactful when we played it at a conference. We had about 10 important clients that stopped by just to check it out, which allowed us to start a conversation with them.

Our animated videos have gotten great feedback on our social media, and we continue to show it on lcd screens within public transport. Although we don't have any metrics, all the feedback we've gotten verbally has been positive!

The first step was to come up with a script. We had a general idea of what had to be communicated, but we worked with the team at Pocket Films to refine it and make it more concise. We also came up with a list of key points that we wanted to hit in the video. Next, they’ve created a storyboard. This is a visual representation of the video, with each scene drawn out.

We used the storyboard to plan out the animation and figure out what each scene would look like. Once the storyboard was finished and approved, the team at Pocket Films started animating the video. This process took a few weeks, as there was a lot of back-and-forth to make sure that the video looked the way we wanted it to. Finally, the video was produced and we were able to see the finished product.

I was really happy with how it turned out, and I think Pocket Films did a great job of explaining our business in a clear and concise way.

Pocket Films was incredibly helpful in the process. They were good at helping us define what we wanted the video to be, and figure out what the key points we wanted to hit on were. After only a few weeks after launch, we felt confident in declaring the video a success. We've gotten more video views than we ever anticipated we would, as well as leads traveling through our entire funnel. Interestingly, these are leads we didn't previously have, which makes us think that this video played a key part in getting them in our funnels, even though it is at the top!

They explained the entire process upfront; they explained each step of the process as we moved along. At each stage, they would let us know when we would hear from them next, and they were never late (and were usually early). When they needed feedback from us, they proposed a timeline and made sure it worked for us and adjusted when needed. They were flexible and very responsive, which was vital in keeping our corporate stakeholders happy. We couldn’t have done it without them.

The most impressive thing was the level of professionalism and the attention to detail. They took the time to understand our brand, our company and our culture, which was really important to us. They took the time to understand our target market and the message that we wanted to get across. They were also very responsive to our requests and comments. We had a couple of edits that we wanted to make and they were very quick to turn them around.

I can't think of anything that they could improve. We're very happy with the final product.
