• Since our company is outside Vietnam and lack of knowledge on which social media to focus and what would be suitable platform for introducing such a new brand into Vietnam market. Pmax starting with gathering all essential information to help suggest to our company on strategic way to penetrate into market in communication 
• After Pmax receiving the total budget we have, they have allocate budget for total 6-month campaign 
• Then breakdown those budget into each channel, each month with all KPI expected to received in return 
• After we agree with all budget allocation, Pmax working with us for providing contents on social media, including content providing, calendar each month and how to optimize budget for each platform
• Currently, we are working for several channel, FB, YT, TT, Billboard, Wifi marketing, KOL/KOC, Community. So it's a lot of daily work task that need to align and communicate between brand and agency.

The reach of KPI that have agree.

• They deliver most tasks on time.
• Sometime have some difficulty on communication as there are many tasks, many channels that need to work on, so sometime some task have been overlooked and need more of communication. 
• After some closely discussion, the communication between agency and brand become better and works are aligned. 
• Thus, at the beginning of kick off project, some work might not run smoothly as it needs time to adapt between brand and agency. But at the end the way of working have been aligned and adjusted to best suit with all circumstance.

• So many people involve in 1 project. They assigned specialized person in 1 field to look over specific area for each brand. And each person always join the meeting to explain their part. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something PMAX could have done differently?

• To be more following up with brand. As it has many taks, many channel to focus, but sometime still missed in some work timeline.
