I’m the founder and head of design at a design firm. We do UI/UX product design for our clients.

We needed a company that could provide us with various design services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pixel True provides us with additional resources for a project where we’re undermanned or under-resourced. They have a variety of different specialties, including animation, graphic design, social media design, and web design.

We primarily work with a project manager from Pixel True. I usually submit a task request for a specific project on their platform, and their project manager would find the appropriate resource for that project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Pixel True’s support provides us with a lot of flexibility in terms of getting additional resources for different needs and the ability to interact with just one company to get those resources instead of having to go to a lot of different other places for different resources. Overall, I’ve been delighted with their ability to translate my requirements into designs.

How did Pixel True perform from a project management standpoint?

Pixel True has performed well in terms of project management. They deliver on time, and they’ve been great at taking our creative direction and feedback and making revisions until we’re happy with their work.

We typically use ClickUp to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Pixel True is a dependable and responsive partner, and the quality of their work is excellent compared to other providers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be great if they have a little bit more consistency around who they staff on projects so there is less ramp-up time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that all the tasks are very clear and that all the requirements are well-organized and explained so that there's very little question or ambiguity in terms of what is needed.
