The app creation proceeded in different phases. Each phase was discussed and deadlines were set. Questions were asked throughout the process to determine what I actually wanted in the app. The testing of features followed each phase. As the app began to take the desired "shape," additions were suggested and implemented. Some additions were added at my request. Official launching of the app was contingent upon my approval, comfort level, and satisfaction.

We are developing a gaming app powered with VR, the core concept cannot be shared fully here as it is currently under development. The mobile app is an advance gaming experience with two modes i.e. with and without the VR. It's a simulation game with airport tug vehicle operator, the app gives user a real-time simulation experience with many obstacles to complete the task in time.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
At first, we didn't expected such a comprehensive wireframes. We have worked with other companies too, and usually the project starts with design phase, but with them, they had a few meetings with us and designed a very comprehensive wireframe. Looking at the wireframe we knew exactly how the end product will look like.
After a few alterations, they started with the design (UI and UX), we had many revisions and variations, they were always open to discussion and give suggestings the right tones aligning with the audience. The VR integration was the part of phase -02 but they have showed us a demo of how it will look like, the progress is going good so far and we are very pleased with the outcome so far.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We have a dedicated project manager, I'm sure he has other projects too, but it feels like we have an in-house team working for us. The deliveries are mostly on time, and if they need more time they always tell us up-front. We have a scrum board and every thing is very transparent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
PixelGenesys never hesitates to make suggestions. Most of the items they suggested we never thought of having, but they are aligned with our target audience. Their approach is very calm and sound; I never feel pushed.
Are there any areas for improvement or something PixelGenesys could have done differently?
The experience was overwhelmingly positive. However, communication can be improved a bit. Some reports and check-in can ensure everyone stays aligned.
