We have worked with other companies too, and usually the project starts with design phase, but with them, they had a few meetings with us and designed a very comprehensive wireframe. Looking at the wireframe we knew exactly how the end product will look like. After a few alterations, they started with the design (UI and UX), we had many revisions and variations, they were always open to discussion and give suggestings the right tones aligning with the audience. The VR integration was the part of phase -02 but they have showed us a demo of how it will look like, the progress is going good so far and we are very pleased with the outcome so far. Describe their project management.
