Big Room helped us build a mobile app for a venture that we were kicking off. They were responsible for the implementation of a React Native version where they deploy to both iOS and Android. They were also responsible for making them get to the App Store and updating them along the way.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They helped us reach out to a lot more users and increase the traffic for the project that we were building.

The project was delivered on time. Every time there was some kind of delay, it was promptly justified by the team. We had an easy time adapting along the way, being a high-intensity project and also one where we were discovering a lot of stuff along the way. They quickly adapted to what we needed.

A bit more communication on the update. Sometimes they had things implemented that we were not aware of, so a little bit more proactive sharing.

That said, Pink Room has consistently shown flexibility and a proactive attitude in addressing these situations.

We see these more as natural challenges of working in dynamic and demanding environments rather than shortcomings on their side.
