The process can be as structured or unstructured as need be based on timeline. With a longer timeline in mind, there are explorations, moodboards, then storyboarding, pre-production, and post production.

Julia and Alex are our main points of contact. Both are wonderful and adapt to feedback extremely fast.

We were able to raise a big pre-seed round from some of the best investors in the world, garner some great waitlist sign ups, and launched our beta.

We mainly used email, notion, and Figma to do everything. The timeliness was one of the reasons we work with PING. They work fast!

The pace at which they improve is unbelievable. When we first started working with them, they were really good, but now they have reached a whole another level.

Not really, I think going forward as they scale up their operations, they'll need to find really talented people to keep up their pace.
