We hired PING Studio for a software-focused product video. The team managed the complete end-to-end motion design and production. PING Studio developed a clean, minimal, and bright UI-first narrative to present Signal OS. The scope of work included visual storyboarding and fluid animation mapping to show the relationships between our core system layers — Signals, Kits, Chat, and Vitals.Moreover, PING Studio flawlessly animated our card-based interaction models, emphasizing smooth, rhythmic pacing and subtle light-futuristic elements rather than generic, heavy sci-fi aesthetics. The team also handled the voiceover and sound design for the video.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were very happy with the final result, particularly the visual quality, storytelling, pacing, and how effectively the film communicated both the product and software experience. We're looking forward to seeing its impact once the campaign goes live.Although the video hasn't been officially released yet, the internal feedback has been very positive. Our team felt that the video made the product and software experience feel much more polished, premium, and cohesive as a brand.One thing we especially appreciated was how PING Studio translated a fairly complex product story into something visually engaging and easy to understand. The final film helped us see how the different elements of the product could come together under one clear creative direction. It also gave our team more confidence in how we can present and communicate the product externally as we prepare for launch.

PING Studio's project management was excellent. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the process, and Alex and his team were very responsive whenever we had feedback, questions, or new ideas to discuss.Moreover, they kept us updated at each stage, shared work in progress regularly, and were flexible with revisions while keeping the project moving forward. The overall process felt very organized and collaborative, and the final deliverables were completed within our agreed project timeline.

What impressed us most was PING Studio's ability to combine strong creative thinking with a very collaborative and structured process. Alex and his team didn't simply execute our brief; they brought their own ideas and visual perspective to the project, which helped elevate the final result.

The Ping created a 90-second, 3D aniamted product announcement video. We provided the script and rough ideas for visuals, and they created the storyboard and created the entire video using 3D animation. They also made custom music and provided SFX for it all. They did this in a very short timeline of about 8 weeks. They also provided a 15 and 30 second cutdown versions.

High-quality 3D animated video that elevated our SaaS product. We were able to leverage elements of the video for our web page and other presentations.

They were extremely responsive in email and very professional and courteous. We had a number of large changes that needed to be addressed and they handled it professionaly and efficiently. They offered their POV, which we appreciated, but ultimately did what we requested when asked.

Consider walking the client through the process of animation and outline key milestones of the project. I wasn't aware of some 3D animtion restrictions that would have been helpful to know from the beginning.

There were a bunch of exploration and ideation meetings at the very beginning. Ping's PM and Creative designer are bombarded with questions to understand all details and provide the best solution, so the guys do iterations to match the client's expectations.

PM and the Creative director constantly had meetings with us and we work with feedback on every step of the creation video.

We did a test campaign with a video and gathered feedback from potential customers. Feedback was quite successful, Ping also asked to share with them, as we understood it's quite important for them to improve the process and quality. Very happy with the process.

In the process what we oversee there are discipline, good timing, and support. Frequent updates.

They went the extra mile to deeply understand our needs and especially the needs of our customers. That was impressive indeed.

We would continue working with them even in other areas if they would provide services in marketing. Well done.

Our cooperation started in 2020, and back then, we hired them to help us with some animated presentations of our works to our clients. And since then, they have created most of the animated materials we needed for different purposes, starting with animations for our designs and our agency showreels and ending with animated graphics and videos for our client’s needs.

At some point, they also supported us with UI/UX projects, delivering stunning UI designs. We went through all the services the PING Studio can offer, and they became our trusted design partners.

We were looking for long-term cooperation with an animation studio that could cover our needs both in 2D and 3D. So we got to know Alex, the CEO, and co-founder of the PING Studio, and he presented to us their works (and we liked them) and also told us about the possible pipeline we could use to make the process of production straightforward (and it worked). The price was also reasonable.

The process of all of our common projects and tasks is the same. Sometimes, we come up with the technical task of what needs to be done in case there are restrictions for the final result.

PING estimates the amount of work, asks all the necessary questions and delivers the final result. But sometimes, we come up only with ideas of what can be done, and the PING team is always ready to offer some cool improvements, interesting solutions, and ways of implementation. In both variants, the PING team is always willing to deliver us the results we are satisfied with.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

At the beginning of our cooperation, we usually communicated all the details with Alex, the CEO, or Pasha, the Lead Motion designer. As the PING Studio grew and developed, we started communicating with PING project managers, but it didn’t affect the quality of our work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We widened the range of services we can offer to our clients, particularly with cool animations and awesome graphics both for the websites and any promo and presentation materials. Also, we’re receiving a lot of positive feedback on the animations the PING Studio does for us.

Very effective and smooth. We commonly use Notion or Figma for technical tasks and chat in the messenger group, where members of our team are always in touch with the Ping team. And Ping Studio delivers the needed materials always on tim7. The Ping is very easygoing and friendly, so even when some miscommunication or misunderstanding occurs, we can solve everything very quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are an extremely talented client-oriented team. It’s always a pleasure working with them, and one can be sure PING Studio will do their best to achieve the best results in the defined timeline. They dive deep into every task, offer you the best possible solution to your request and will also share with you additional options on how to improve your idea and get the best outcome.

What I find even more impressive is their expertise in the design and motion design area, along with the implementation of these two on different resources and usages.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing I wish for the PING Team is constant growth: let their team expand with new talents and their average order value increase. Our team enjoys working with the PING Studio, and they’re a team of professionals.

I am a marketing manager in a product IT company - robota.ua. We help employers and job seekers find each other quickly and comfortably.

In 2021, we in robota.ua organized a new all-Ukrainian professional award in the field of HR. This was the first year we started with a completely new and unknown professional award - HR Pro Awards. At a time when another similar Award already existed on the Ukrainian market for many years.

It was extremely important for us to build knowledge about the new award, about its differences and advantages, in order to attract the audience and convince them to take part not only in the well-known event, but also in ours. We turned to PING Studio to help us with the identity and a series of video clips about the Award: explainers, the legend of creation, screensavers for broadcasting the live broadcast of the Award ceremony.

We chose PING Studio because the company had an excellent portfolio and reputation as a reliable partner. After a personal interview, we realized that we understand each other perfectly, and the studio was ready to quickly proceed with our order.

The first meeting was introductory. We described our task and warned that it was important for us to surpass competitors in terms of the scale of the organization. The studio received a brief and a couple of days later returned to us with a selection of references. We have made our choice. Then a few days later we received a storyboard, examples of musical accompaniment. A week later, we received the finished videos. The edits were minor. The results were excellent.

We worked directly with Alexander and Vlad. Maintained contact through corporate e-mail.

The video clips developed by PING Studio very organically demonstrated the corporate style of the new professional Award and helped to stand out from the competitor. We were not only remembered, but also caused the target audience to feel a more prestigious and reliable award. We also received media exposure with PING Studio video clips. Feedback has been very positive in both the media and social media discussions.

Very easy communication focused on customer comfort with fast and honest feedback. Especially important is the speed of response to edits. It was always very prompt. During the entire cooperation, we felt that we were not working with a contractor, but with one common team that was interested in the overall result.

I was impressed by their sense of taste, efficiency, initiative, and honest feedback. No barriers to understanding.

I asked my friend's designer about the best agency that could provide the best quality and velocity.

We started by chatting with the Project Manager and Art Director to align our needs and vision. After we had a plan and vision of results with which everybody was happy, we started to work collaboratively. The Ping was very responsible and easy to communicate with.

We had daily meetings and chatted, where we worked intensely for two weeks, polishing every detail to get the best result. We started with concept drafts in Figma. Then we wrote scenarios. After that, the guys began to create their 3D magic. The Ping also helped us to find a great voiceover actor.

In total, we worked with the Project Manager and Art-Director. I'm not sure, but I guess 2-3 designers worked on our project.

We raised the round :) We also used this excellent video for hiring purposes to share our vision with potential employees in interviews.

The Ping studio was extremely easy to communicate with. I have experience working with studios and can say these guys are outstanding. They also suggest awesome solutions based on their experience.

We liked the depth of the analysis of our task and the implementation in practice of the discussed ideas in conjunction with an effective manager. Their combination of professionalism and responsibility was outstanding!

Guys did a grate job, we think that they should grow only in the average order value, which is what we wish them. Otherwise, everything works like clock. Thanks for the collaboration! Honestly, I can’t think of any areas for improvement. League exceeded my expectations at every stage. Their professionalism, communication, and dedication to quality were absolutely perfect.
What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
My advice would be to have a clear vision of your project goals from the beginning. The team at League is fantastic at executing ideas, but the more specific you are about what you want, the more successful the outcome will be.

We were preparing for the first global online user conference, during which we were planning to announce two important product updates. We needed a partner who would help us develop compelling motion design videos that would demonstrate the product's interface and what's under the hood. Our product is made for developers, so finding the visual representation of its features and advantages is often complicated. The goal of the videos is to entice users to join the waiting list for the upcoming product version and to try the new features out.

I looked for motion design companies online, on websites like Clutch, Dribbble, and Behance, and I paid attention to the company's portfolio, the list of services they provide, and the reviews. PING Studio has a great portfolio that immediately caught my eye - I contacted them, and they quickly replied to my request. We discussed all details during the call - deadlines, work process, references for the video, price - and there was a match, so we started working together on these projects. I appreciated how responsive and flexible they are and how easily they understand what kind of result I'd like to have.

First, we had a call to discuss the requirements for the videos, analyze the benchmark and agree on organizational details. Then, I sent a storyboard with the text and description of what I'd like to see on each screen. The storyboard I prepared was quite basic - no ready-made design, only blanc background, and text. After that, they worked on the design and sent me a ready-made storyboard with the design of each cadre. My team shared feedback, and after some fixes, they started to work on animations. Once the first version of the videos was done, we shared feedback again, they made fixes and then delivered the final version.

I was in contact with Julia, the COO, who managed all the communication. She's very responsive, and working with her is a pleasure. I was sharing all feedback by email or using screen recordings, and we were communicating asynchronously most of the time, which is the most convenient & efficient communication method for me.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We premiered the 2 videos developed by PING during the conference keynote, and everyone was very excited about the updates. We received hundreds of comments, many views, and subscriptions to the waiting list. The videos developed by PING are amongst the top 5 most watched videos on our Youtube channel.

I had one point of contact and shared all feedback with the COO. After that, she managed everything with their team. They are very flexible in terms of communication tools - I prefer async communication, so we used email, Loom recordings, and Figma comments to share feedback. We could also have calls if there was a need for that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They could easily understand what kind of result I wanted, even if sometimes I struggled to find the right references or descriptions. They have an incredible sense of design, and their videos are very dynamic. The music and animations work together so well. Also, they made very relevant suggestions regarding the structure of the video to make it even more engaging - I love that they share their expertise. Also, they are very quick and efficient - even when we had tight deadlines, they did everything on time, as promised.

I cant think of anything - I love working with them, and I think they are great professionals.
