We provide IT Consulting Services specialized on Salesforce, Salesforce Programming and Marketing Automation. As CEO I am responsible for the growth strategy for the next years.

The old Website was out of date. So we needed a new design and implementation in Wordpress.

Create an appalling Design and develop a Theme that is very flexible and could be changed in the backend.

Research on several platforms. Looked intensively at their portfolio. Had an introduction call. As all impressions were very positive, went with this vendor compared to some other ones I was in contact with.

They designed, developed, configured and went live with a new Wordpress template. They designed graphics for the pages.

What was the team composition?

With the vendor I had one contact that was coordinating all the interactions with my company. On their side, they had project-manager, designer, developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

A professional website to attract customers and grow customer base.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Most project management was arranged over skype and it went very well and was very effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very reliable and easy communication via skype. This was very efficient, due to different time-zones and meetings on my side. After some briefing on my rather complex service offering they understood what grapics to produce that hit right on spot! Turn around times were fast and the end result was a good page.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My only suggestion would be to plan reviews loops form the customer side more into the project plan.

I’m the executive VP of Spellex, a provider of an assistive solution for reading and writing. We are building a vast range of products for people who want a more convenient way to work with written text and those with reading and writing disabilities such as dyslexia.

We were looking for a vendor with expertise developing Chrome extensions. Our project required adding new features and using existing APIs. We needed to hire somebody who could help us achieve our requirements with reliable code.

We wanted to create a Chrome extension that would provide a floating toolbar with a list of tools and features to assist users with learning disabilities.

A developer broker provided a list of recommended vendors. We interviewed all the suggested vendors and analyzed their references. After several one-on-one communications, we decided PineDev was the best fit for us.

The Chrome extension includes a variety of tools such as a feature that spell checks text in textareas. It introduces an integration for speech-to-text and text-to-speech. Other features include a text magnification tool, audio note taking, and language translation.

What was the team composition?

The CEO was our main contact, and two developers worked on the extension.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We decided to build this solution out of the demand from our customer base. It is too early to determine the impact as we are just now introducing the new product.

Their project management was excellent. The management team and the experienced developers constantly monitored their progress and ensured we felt comfortable with the project. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by PineDev's passion for learning how to work with new markets. This was the first time they tackled a project in this industry, and they showed enthusiasm for achieving success.

We asked to build more than 10 pages for our recipe generation website, which focuses on reducing food waste and embrace home-cooking. PineDev studio also created a logo for our brand.

All pages were delivered within the proposed timeframe. The team listened to feedback and made changes instantly. They were working according to the examples we sent.
