They were able to deliver planned tasks in time, such as launching of the web platform and mobile applications

Since the agreement with the provider of the previous platform we used, has ended sooner than expected due to the business decision, we had little time to find skilfull team that could invest their time in developing new web platform for EV charging. Piktogram Studio has responded to our request by being able to launch our web platform in a year, and also by customizing the platform to our needs which we hadn't been fully aware of at the time.

The possibility of finding the best solutions to the problem we would be encountering with fiscal software implementation and payment methods appropriate to our business model.

In hindsight, we should have provided them with better information quality which would have shortened the development time. However, having launched web platform and apps in short amount of time, we are very satisfied with the results, even though we are continuing to work on improvement and introducing new functionalities.

The application consists of two parts. The Android application itself, which is installed on mobile devices, and a server that is used for maintaining and distributing content. 

1. A server for maintaining and storing content 
2. An API for communication with the Android application 
3. A database (MySQL) with dynamic content 
4. A user account system for administrators and content editors, as well as potential future users if the need arises 
5. A DMS for documents distributed through the Android application 
6. A back-end interface for maintaining content and push notifications 
7. The system organization is modular, allowing new upgrades without the need for significant changes to the system 
8. The server application is based on Apache, PHP, MySQL or Maria DB, Laravel framework 
9. The Android application 
10. Distributed via Google Play 
11. Supports push notifications 
12. Made with hybrid Apache Cordova technology, which allows for an easier transition to iOS later on 
13. Has static embedded content maintained through app updates and works offline 
14. Has dynamic content downloaded from the server and only works online

1. Functionality Since Launch: The mobile app has been functional since 2019, demonstrating reliability and robust performance. 
2. Regular Updates: Ongoing updates to the app indicate active maintenance, improvements in features, and adaptation to user feedback. 
3. Client Usage: The app is utilized by a substantial number of existing clients, showing client retention and the app's value in service delivery. 
4. Prospective Client Engagement: Potential clients are using the app, which points to its effectiveness in attracting new business. 
5. Stable Operation: The presence of both static (offline) and dynamic (online) content suggests a stable operation under various user conditions. 
6. Technological Adaptability: The use of hybrid technology like Apache Cordova implies future-proofing and ease of cross-platform deployment, particularly the transition to iOS. 
7. Content Management: The implementation of a DMS (Document Management System) signifies the app's capability to handle and distribute documents efficiently.

Their project management was exceptional. The team consistently delivered items on time, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule with remarkable precision. They were highly responsive to our needs, ensuring that any requests or feedback we had were addressed promptly and effectively. Overall, the experience was very positive, with their proactive approach contributing significantly to the success of the project.

• Develop online tool, for desktops and mobiles, (not an application for mobiles) to demonstrate main performance of KI products (thermal performance). Increase awareness of potential (energy) money savings by using KI products targeting main applications, external wall and pitched roof:
  • saving cost for heating one of the major motivation for SFH renovation 
  • still low rate of renovation in Europe. 
• Impact on customers: increase brand awareness (after the launch, tool to be integrated in all marketing activities). Deliverables to be expected:

Web application works without any issues and bugs all the time of the usage. Positive feedback on the tool from tested sample / users. Success depends of the Customer efforts in promotion.
