3. Create multiple long-form customer testimonial videos, from initial concepting to interviewing, to post-production

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Website traffic doubled: Our loss in website traffic due to the introduction of generative AI tools like Gemini and ChatGPT was reversed, and traffic doubled.
• Social visibility 100x: we started from a standstill situation and have grown 100-fold on most socials
• Hundreds of new assets = huge ROI: all content is actively repurposed, yielding hundreds of web and social assets and exceptional ROI.

The Piehole team is exceptionally dedicated and efficient. Delivery is on time - all the time. When our needs change, the team is agile and flexible. Piehole actively contributes to new ideation and strategy, and has proven able to adapt its approach quickly and effectively. They will repeatedly go over and beyond to find the best ways to provide value and execute on that direction.

The most impressive and unique thing about Piehole is its commitment to our joint success. We feel that we are one company.

Honestly, no. There isn't really any area for improvement we can identify in the work Piehole does for us. We believe that this is possible because of the short communication lines that we have. Anything that comes up immediately gets assessed and addressed before it becomes an issue.

We started from scratch to build a short form video based around the framework of a 15 second ad to establish and start building our brand via social media channels.  The style had to match a specific 2d animation style we already deployed in our packageing. 

We were handlheld through storyboarding and sound design.  

Our input was embraced and built around.  I cannot stress how much this encouraged me.  

The team went to work on any revisions and the final product was delivered on time and on budget.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Communication was always efficient and open.  I never felt there was a time when we weren’t being listen to.  We may not have always aligned, but we were always heard.    

I cannot stress enough that this has been one of the few professional experiences I have had where creatives listened to the customer to embrace the idea of attempting to deliver just what was in the customer's inner eye.

I feel Piehole exceeded every expectation on this project.

Any issues we had were quickly addressed via the person responsible for addressing them.  

If Martiza and I had an issue, she and I had it handled within 1-2 email exchanges.

Working with Piehole, for us, was like working with the dream team we would have put together ourselves if we could have.

In the end, the team fought in one direction the entire time.  Piehole fought to make our vision a reality.  They weren’t just some faceless agency we outsourced work too.

They were OUR team.

No.  Nothing that came up was out of the everyday purview of doing business.

Piehole TV delivered a superb showcase video that was better than we could ever have imagined.

Project management was predominantly done through an online system called Base Camp. Really easy to track project progress, leave comments and feedback. Very efficient and easy to use.

We had an incredible experience working with Piehole.TV on our Buyt explainer video. From the very start, they were completely open to ideas. In other creative environments, bringing too many concepts to the table can shut conversations down but Piehole leaned in. They genuinely wanted to understand the story, and not only brought it to life but elevated it far beyond what we imagined.

The team is world-class. Their creativity, communication, and ability to translate a complex concept into a clear, engaging narrative were outstanding. We’re absolutely delighted with the final video  it’s given us a powerful tool to articulate what we’re building with far greater clarity.

They created a/v scripts, conceived of visuals for our narration, designed/illustrated storyboards, revised based on our feedback, casted voice actors in English & Spanish, animated the approved illustrations, provided 3 rounds of revisions, applied licensed music and sound effects, completed an audio mix, and delivered 6x video assets.

Feedback from health care providers attesting to how immensely helpful the videos have been for their work. Providers are able to see more patients in a day because of the help these videos provide.
