Phoenix AZ Ad Agency took a while to complete the project, but it was because they were so diligent in creating a website we loved. The team delivered one we didn't like, so they scrapped it and restarted. Phoenix AZ Ad Agency continued editing until we were happy. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and a messaging app.

Phoenix AZ Ad Agency didn't shy away from our feedback. We were disappointed with the first website they made, but Jason (Owner) listened to our feedback, realized his intake form wasn't designed to get information from a company like ours, and took the time to get the information he needed to make a whole new site.

We purchased a boba shop in early 2025 with the intention of using the kitchen to prepare Thai food. Ten months later, we were ready for the official launch. We gave the restautant a separate name for more exposure with Google and DoorDash. We needed to exposure for the new name and launch. Phoenix Ad Agency provided photography, videography, social media posting, geo-fencing, postcards and door hangers in our community.

It is difficult to measure results from the marketing but overall the week leading up to the event and the week after were the two highest grossing weeks for the business since we purchased it. Over the next weeks and months, I expect the sales to continue to increase as we continue to grow our social media.
