The scope of work for Rise involves providing a generic system that is customized for each company (Rise's direct customers) either as a whitelabel or using the default generic version.

• Asset base: Each company has its own instance of the system. The system is designed to support a wide range of assets owned by the companies, which are managed by different types of employees, including helpdesk staff and technicians.
• Ticket/Chat: The platform facilitates communication and interaction with the end customers who service these assets via Chat and Video conferencing
• Platforms: Web Platform (for Admin and Helpdesk users)
• Mobile Platform:

• Successful migration to a new technology

• Establishing a comprehensive computer-aided sales system to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency for leading FMCG companies. The system was accessible on both mobile devices and standard computers, including different functionalities such as processing customer orders, executing sales activities on-site, generating market surveys, and documenting sales activities, including tracking traveling costs. 
• Building enterprise recruitment software covering the entire recruitment process, starting from identifying potential candidates, followed by pre-selection, screening, and interviewing. The software also facilitated the preparation of selected candidates to join target customer vacancies, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment workflow.

While our experience with Pharos Solutions was overwhelmingly positive for more than 10 years, there were a few areas where they could have improved. One suggestion would be to include more German speakers in their team.

We worked closely as one team seamlessly! We applied from the beginning SCRUM with 2 weeks sprints, where at the end always a working version with business value was delivered. The response is immediate as we have our own collaboration and messaging area.

We needed an editor to edit recorded tutorials after recording and support in development a web service to store recorded data and user data in AWS.

• There exists an editor to edit recorded tutorials on the desktop with JAVA Swing
• There exists a webservice that can store tutorial in a MySQL database in Amazon AWSThere exists a webservice that can store tutorial data in a MySQL database in Amazon AWS
• There exists a webservice that can store user data in a MySQL database in Amazon AWS
• There exists a REST client that sends and receives the data from the web server

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project management was done in JIRA where we had epics and tickets that needed to be done. There has been part time project manager as product owner and three developers that implemented the tickets.

We gave the initial tickets ad they broke it into tasks:

• We had a weekly meeting where we were talking about the current tickets
• We always had an overview of the process
• Sometimes there need to be some changes from our which was no problem for them
• They did not deliver everything in time but this was due to our additional change requests

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• They showed dedication and ownership
• Even when we had additional requirements that also needed complete refactorings they didn't
• Regarding our own with Offshore-development the quality is really high
• During our long project they had a pretty stable without big changes in the developers
