We're a non-profit organization whose mission to advocate for Inuit women and children for their well-being and interests. I am the project coordinator.

For what projects/services did your company hire Perpetual Solution?

Our website was lacking visual appeal, disorganized and outdated. We hired this team to design a new look that is organized for better flow for us. By doing this, we were hoping to increase more traffic to reach out more.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web developers in our area and saw that they had great reviews, so we scheduled an interview. We chose this vendor based on their design skills, cost estimate and their understanding of what we were looking to get done.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a series of meetings to discuss our goals and expectations. Once we decided on a theme, their team designed and developed our site. The team delivered mock-ups and wireframe for our site and finalized the design after some feedbacks through InVision. This allowed us to show them how we wanted the rest of the site to look. They created a log in portal for our board of directors which is a great feature.

I was in contact with 1 person the entire process.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The overall look of the website is much more user friendly now and we've been receiving positive feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The person I was in contact with was easy to communicate with and explained the process very well. All of our meetings were via Zoom and they were flexible for meeting times. When delays happened, they let us know ahead of time and they were transparent as to why.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional site that's easy to update. My team has never worked with websites before, so they took the time to teach us how to update/add contents ourselves.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Things could have been done faster, but quality is better than speed and we ended up with a great looking website that is more user friendly.
