What challenge were you trying to address with Percepto?

We hired Percepto to assist with the online reputation challenges we were having with a client.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team strategized on types of content that would highlight our client’s strengths in the philanthropic area. We had a lot of back and forth that included face to face meetings, phone calls, and conversations with the client. We discussed different angles regarding the client’s work and their engagement in different areas. Overall, it was a mix of strategy and content creation.

At the time, we worked with three staff members.

I knew the previous CEO through my former boss, who put me in touch with them.

Our engagement with Percepto took place in 2015.

We looked at online engagements through the content that they developed. Their team tracks things efficiently, and over time, we saw a growing and positive engagement. It was well-received by the client.

How did Percepto perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, it was efficient. We had regular reporting and calls. They were very clear on what was and wasn’t achievable. Their team also provided various options to choose from, while being receptive to comments promptly.

I appreciate how nimble the team at Percepto.

There’s nothing for them to improve on. They provided good options for the client and did everything they could to make it a successful project.

Percepto provided a range of services to change our client’s digital profile. They did some website development based on consultations and technical suggestions. They worked on different reviews on crowdsourced websites, too. Percepto created and implemented the strategy for our client, which included SEO efforts that were iterative based on dynamic search engines.

We track the search result rankings for our client and look at how their online presence changes, and we’ve received positive feedback from our client on those things.

They were good from a project management standpoint. We primarily used email, phone, and in-person discussions to communicate.

Their strong technical background and decade-long experience in the field make them stand out.

The project included SEO and GEO streams. Thanks to Percepto and their content writing support accurate information about the project was reflected in the SEO stream. GEO stream was new, so we prepared a thourough AI audit to identify what needs to be done and acted as planned. Percepto are really strong on both project management and high quality, timely deliverables.

I was the VP of business development and marketing at a consultancy company that works across different sectors, mainly in homeland security. Their clients range from the government to private entities, critical infrastructure, and government agencies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Percepto?

We had a client who required specific and unique help with online reputation management and SEO, which we couldn’t directly provide.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We presented our client’s pain points to Percepto and what they wanted to achieve. Then, they presented us with a thorough plan on how to cater to their needs while presenting a basket of complimentary services. They were organized and thorough in their approach to the client, maintaining a high level of professionalism while offering creativity and out-of-the-box ideas for their unique needs.

This project entailed everything, from classic SEO to brand positioning management. Percepto compiled blogs, media posts, and international press articles on behalf of the client’s organization in a very professional and authentic manner.

What is the team composition?

I often dealt with Percepto’s CEO whenever necessary, and I had a project manager assigned, who touched base with me on a daily basis. I also interacted with the head of content and the head of media. In total, I worked with five people from their team, and they all were very hands-on.

How did you come to work with Percepto?

We found Percepto through word of mouth from different partners of ours. We vetted a lot of companies, but we chose them because we found out that they were the most transparent, trustworthy, and professional company.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2020, and I believe that their engagement with my former company is still ongoing, but I recently left. However, they’ve been so good that they’ve already renewed their contract, and they’re planning other projects as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Percepto offered really outstanding services and a very outstanding team. They were a totally international company, with the ability to cater to international clients and tailor their services. The quality of their writing was unmatchable, and their reach in terms of outlets and journalists globally and regionally was really, really strong.

How did Percepto perform from a project management standpoint?

Percepto not only hit the deadlines, but they were also always ahead of them, which was very impressive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Even though Percepto is out of Israel, they were very international, and they managed to cater to our client in Africa specifically. I was also very impressed by their approach. Even when our project wasn’t very big, they took it very seriously and offered a hands-on approach.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything that Percepto could have improved on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Get them into your project as early as possible to maximize their creative potential. Percepto is very creative and diverse, so having them early on will give you a competitive advantage.
