We needed a CRM solution to better manage our leads, customers, sales activities, and internal processes in one place. Pendoah worked with us to understand these requirements and developed a customized CRM covering lead management, workflows, dashboards, and user management. In the end, Pendoah delivered a practical CRM solution that streamlined our day-to-day processes and gave us better visibility across customer and sales activities.

The CRM made it easier for us to keep all our customer and lead information in one place. It helped our team track follow-ups, manage sales activities, and reduce manual work. Overall, it made our day-to-day work more organized and gave us a better view of our customers and ongoing deals.

What stood out most to us was Sarosh and his team’s approach to the project. They were easy to communicate with, understood our requirements well, and were consistently willing to help when we needed changes or clarification.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pendoah could have done differently?

There wasn’t anything major that we felt needed improvement. The project went smoothly, and Sarosh and his team were responsive throughout. If anything, having a bit more documentation and regular progress updates would make the process even better.

They reviewed our current processes, helped us identify the best opportunities, and showed us which ideas was worth prioritizing. The main deliverables included practical AI use cases, recommendations based on our goals, possible risks and limitations, and a clear roadmap for implementation.

The scope of work entailed building a complete V1 of my product. Key deliverables were broken into 5 two week sprints. Each phase was delivered on time and on budget while also maintaining the integrity of the vision and improving on implementation.

The measurable outcomes were simple:

• Build a completed and functioning V1 for my platform.

Every single thing asked of Pendoah was delivered, with precision, and on time. Their communication exceeded my expectations.

Incredible project management team. They delivred on time and also got ahead of communication or development snags before they happened so we could talk through what changes may or may not be made based on my requests. It's exactly what you pay good developers for and I can't recommend this team highly enough.

A project can go over budget, and go off the rails very quickly and you can still end up with no usable version. This team impressed me with the quality of their work and their ability to execute.

There are no areas in which I would recommend improvement at this time.
