We hired Pen & Pad to help design and consult on a new line of products for one of our proprietary Sports Brands. We worked directly with CEO and Owner Kyle at Pen & Pad.

The work involved Consumer research, material and sourcing consultancy, designing the actual products at target FOBs, and aligning with the vendor on sampling and production.

I had an excellent experience working with Pen & Pad and would recommend them highly. If the opportunity would be there, we would hire them again in the future! Pen & Pad Co. went above and beyond to ensure the work was executed along the lines of our brand values and targeting the consumer we defined.

Deadlines were met, the work was done in a transparent way, and communication was easy. Having had the pleasure to work with Kyle at a previous company, it was a very easy decision to hire Pen & Pad, and we will do so again!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The ability to grasp our consumer and offer interesting insights and competitors brands worth looking at. Pen & Pad definitely have a good pulse of the market and consumer out there!

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pen & Pad Co. could have done differently?

If they would have been fluent in German it would have been amazing, since our vendor was German, but other than that, no complaints :-)
