Peklo Studio has worked with us on multiple projects over the last few years. They’ve taken over our account management for our PPC platforms and set up analytics for us. They manage our Facebook, Google, Yandex, and TikTok accounts. Social media content isn’t their main priority; they mainly focus on acquisition and paid advertising. 

Initially, we provided them with the requirements. We gave them a brief, a target, and a budget. Then, they took care of writing the text, among other things. Sometimes we provide them with creatives done by our designer, but sometimes they provide it for us. In general, they’re free to do anything they want. 

Recently, they’ve developed landing pages. We sent them a brief, and they took care of it for us.

We work with 6–7 people, including several PPC specialists of different seniority levels, a designer, and a project manager.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Most of the projects we’ve worked with them started from zero. Peklo Studio has managed everything from scratch, so measuring success is hard. If we look at other KPIs, they’ve been able to reach our targets.

In general, they work fast and are pretty creative. They come up with solutions and always want to improve the results, not only in their performance but in general.

How did Peklo Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication is excellent. They’re always available. I’m working with them from Latvia; there’s a four-hour difference, but I can always reach them. On the contrary, most agencies won’t answer a call after 6:00 p.m., so we really like their flexibility. They’re always there to help us. Also, they’re great at reporting results; they do weekly and monthly reports.

We use Asana, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other commonly used tools for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have outstanding market knowledge. They understand how the market works, which is a great advantage.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they’re doing pretty well at the moment. We’ve been happy with their work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Set clear targets; don’t wait for them to develop ideas about the targets. You should set your goals around what you want to achieve; they’ll manage the campaigns.

Also, before working with them, make sure you have set the proper analytics so you can track the results. It’s also crucial because they’re uncomfortable working without understanding the campaigns’ results.

We needed to expand the project's audience before the launch. We turned to Peklo for full-scale seo work and for the launch of the ppc.

They were recommended to us. After receiving a proposal, we did an analysis between 2 contractors. Proposal of Peklo studio was more structured in terms of stages (transparent) and more satisfied us with the cost of the work.

Initially we started working on seo tasks. The team Pekoe from scratch connected google analytics, conducted a complete seo-optimization of the site and blog, collected a semantic core. At the same time we launched ppc campaigns in google and facebook for engagement across multiple audiences and geo. The stove team prepared the campaigns on a turnkey basis: created accounts, customized campaigns, selected advertising requests, etc. Google analytics was also fully configured: clarified the sources of traffic, set goals for user behavior on the site, etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Quickly fixed SEO problems - we saw results in 2 weeks in terms of traffic to the site. Connected analytics that we didn't have before, and increased the effectiveness of performance marketing. Previously we worked without clear tracking of effectiveness and determining how much profit it brings.

The Peklo team is in touch with us virtually 24/7, very prompt and professional in all matters. They quickly figure out the specifics of our project and always offer the most effective solutions to our problems. Separately I would like to note the communication within the team - very pleasant communication.

Communication with us as clients and approach to problem solving: promptly, creatively, qualitatively. There hasn't been a single task for which the Peklo hasn't come up with a suitable and unexpected solution for us yet.

The main task with which we turned to Peklo Studio is the optimization of existing and new content for search engines. We needed to analyze competitive content, select keywords, write metadata, and set up internal linking and content distribution in order to increase traffic on the site several times and attract even more customers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were looking for an experienced supplier with high marketing expertise and received some positive feedback from the Peklo Studio. Then we carefully studied the cases and results that the guys from Peklo team achieved, and decided to work with them. In addition, as it turned out, our culture and values were very similar, so the partnership quickly became close.

At first, our content and approach to working on it were analyzed. Next, competitive content, common keywords, and metadata were analyzed. The first results were speedy. New content, which was optimized with the help of the Peklo team guys, often received stars in Medium and ended up in the Medium mailing list for paid subscribers, which gave an additional increase in indicators.

The next stage is distribution. We distributed content through external sites - hackernoon.com, dev.to, quora, reddit, and hackernews. All these actions increased brand awareness and website traffic. On Quora and Reddit, we saw views, upvotes, and karma increase. The next challenge was the promotion of open-source products that we are developing. More than 500 stars appeared in the repository for four months, although the other competitive repositories have only 200–300 in a couple of years!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We cannot share all the results of our work, however, we are seeing an increase in targeted organic traffic on our site by an average of 15% every month. Thanks to cooperation with Peklo team, our website and blog began to generate leads and fulfill their key goal.

In addition to working with promotion, we have revised the very approach to working on content and the site. We were able to use the best practices and improve the performance of our website several times over. Our cooperation continues and we are waiting for new excellent results.

Specialists from Peklo Studio took over our work tasks, thanks to which our work was completely transparent. We adhered to the principles of asynchronous communication, but 2 times a week we met on online meetings in order to synchronize.

We used chats, wrote stand-ups, and worked with tasks in JIRA. It should be noted that specialists from Peklo perfectly integrated into our processes due to the fact that we almost never had misunderstandings.

It still amazes me how similar we are in our values, culture, and understanding of business. It is cool that we are focused on results together, and we always clearly understand what goals we want to achieve and why. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Now we have 5th place in the Google search results. The site takes the 1st position in the search request digital referrals for medical analysis. The site also has extended snippets in the output. Traffic has about 100 clicks per month from organic search. Considering the novelty of the site and the narrow niche, this is a good result.

Communication on work tasks is conducted directly with specialists. Administrative issues are all solved through the account manager. Once a week, we receive a report on the work done and the results achieved. We work in the same time zone, so the response time for our requests does not exceed 30 minutes.

Most of all, I like the independence of specialists. They communicate with the development team and set tasks directly for them. All tasks performed on schedule and within deadlines. They provide a lot of consulting support outside the framework of the project.
