I’m the director of IT for The Aleph Institute, a nonprofit Jewish organization that supports isolated populations such as prisoners, military personnel, and the institutionalized. We provide religious, educational, and advocacy services and promote criminal justice reform and rehabilitation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Peeklogic, LLC?

We needed help customizing our Salesforce instance by building out inventory and order management and interfacing with shipment carriers. We also wanted to utilize AI and OCR to create and categorize cases automatically.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Peeklogic, LLC has built out new objects, workflows, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party websites to create the required functionality. Initially, we showed them via videos and conversations over Slack what we wanted Salesforce to look like and the functionality we needed.

We found them through a referral. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, and they offered good value for the cost.

We started working together in December 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve provided Slack communication, videos, screenshots, and sandbox demos along the way. The success of the project will be when we deploy these solutions in our workspace. So far, we’ve seen time savings of approximately 50% in shipping and tracking packages.

We curerntly have someone on to constantly upgrade and build up our SF instance, as well as work on bigger projects and then well typically loop another person from Peek in. Currently they are finishing up our new Suite where we can have streamlined submissions, AI integration for automation and a smoother experince for our employees

Every time we get an idea from our team and its implemented quickly and seamlessly, thats how we measure outcome. and that happens every time

 I’m the director of the advisor team and partnerships for NFN8 Group. We operate a machine-created digital asset marketplace, offering accredited investors fixed monthly cash flow through sale/leaseback of cryptocurrency mining machines, with profits reinvested into expanding mining operations.

 We needed help scrubbing our database of bad data, removing duplicates, and cleaning it up for migration.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Peeklogic, LLC cleaned and prepared our database. The team scrubbed the database, removed bad data, and merged duplicate leads.

My assistant had used Peeklogic, LLC before and recommended them to me. We chose them because of the referral from my colleague, who had a positive previous experience with Peeklogic, LLC.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Peeklogic, LLC showed us reports of the data and how many duplicates they merged and how much bad data they removed. The team even did extra work free of charge when we needed their help after the project was completed.

Peeklogic, LLC was wonderful and outstanding. I recommend Peeklogic, LLC to others and would use them again. We communicated via Slack, email, and web-sharing tools like Zoom and Google Meet.

They were kind, generous, and experts at what they did. Overall, they were outstanding and easy to work with.

• a project finished in time so we do not need to prolong a subscription for an old tool
• manual work reduced: use cases are automated and not require manual interventions
• continuation of business

We had a dedicated PM who organised weekly calls to track the progress and talk about impediments if any. Project management was fully on Peeklogic side, they used Jira to track requirements/tickets. Additional resources were allocated immediately once we realised the scope is bigger then it was identified before. So, they respond quickly and in time. We have got an impresion that we work as a single team.
