The scope of work was following: discovery phase: analyze Data Model analyze API capabilities design data flow development phase: configure auth/connection in test and prod instances build/develope data transformation flows error handling, reporting testing deployment strategy, migration, maintanence: plan the deployment in Prod sunset of an old tool full rolout in Prod

• a project finished in time so we do not need to prolong a subscription for an old tool
• manual work reduced: use cases are automated and not require manual interventions
• continuation of business

We had a dedicated PM who organised weekly calls to track the progress and talk about impediments if any. Project management was fully on Peeklogic side, they used Jira to track requirements/tickets. Additional resources were allocated immediately once we realised the scope is bigger then it was identified before. So, they respond quickly and in time. We have got an impresion that we work as a single team.

I feel as though our requirements were not accurately scoped to start. Originally, he worked on Docusign templates, not Docusign Gen, and did not realize the error until we hopped on a call together. Thankfully, the mapping was transferable. However, we have encountered many roadblocks regarding testing, causing the work needed, time taken, and money required to expand beyond the initial scope of the proposed engagement.

In conclusion, I think the work they did was satisfactory, but the time and communication needed were larger than expected.
