We didn't have a paid digital function prior to bringing on PBJ Marketing. We were looking for a partner to help us break into LinkedIn Ads, Google, and Facebook, and the team has been extremely collaborative from the start. hey have walked us through best practices for digital marketing, and we've had many brainstorming sessions that help the rest of our marketing function as well.

We have weekly assessment meeting with the account manager. He is always available in Skype and Zoom as well.

The entire PBJ marketing team have been amazing partners. I couldn't have asked for better specialists to help with our paid digital efforts. Even though they have not worked with companies in our industry before, they did a lot of research and provided best practices for digital marketing strategies.

Digital marketing has been ramping slowly, but not due to PBJ marketing's fault. We are working in a niche industry, and our audience is very targeted. I'm excited to see where we'll be 6 months from now

How did you select PBJ Marketing and what were the deciding factors?

We signed a contract with PBJ Marketing for Search Engine optimization to increase traffic, revenue and ranking for 7 months and we paid a total of $17,500., but, unfortunately the Google Rankings for our major keywords dropped up to 66% instead of improving.
Also, the revenue was being tracked twice as of May 2020 till end of October 2020 which means our revenue was doubled. The tag for Google Analytics was also paused meaning it did not fire on the website causing a non standard implementation error which resulted to revenue discrepancies.
The only thing we received from PBj were a few monthly reports showing incorrect revenue and everytime we asked a question, Pranali was saying it was not part of the contract which was never mentioned in the actual proposal.
