Passion Digital was engaged to deliver a comprehensive technical SEO and migration programme across multiple Cyncly brand domains, including compusoftgroup.com, 2020Spaces, and Virtual Worlds. The scope covered keyword research and competitor analysis (using SEMrush and Google Search Console), with a focus on kitchen design software and related product categories. Passion Digital produced keyword-to-page mapping documents, a full technical SEO audit, and redirect mapping spreadsheets to support 301 redirect implementation during site migrations. They identified and resolved critical technical blockers including a 302 redirect loop caused by Cloudflare configuration, coordinating with Optimizely and the hosting partner to restore crawler access. Additional deliverables included geo-redirect issue resolution, indexation control (removing pre-production pages from search), and strategic content recommendations aligned to customer archetypes and intent-led keyword targeting. The engagement also incorporated an SEO content strategy to supplement Cyncly's existing marketing and communications plans.

Redirect mapping was completed for the 3CAD domain migration, ensuring ranking signals were preserved through properly implemented 301 redirects. Pre-production pages were identified and removed from Google's index, preventing duplicate content and indexation issues. Geo-redirect errors affecting international pages (e.g. Italian pages redirecting to English) were identified and flagged during migration testing. The keyword research programme identified clear opportunity gaps versus competitors, including areas where Cyncly had no overlap with competitor keyword sets, providing a prioritised roadmap for SEO content investment. The engagement has successfully scaled across multiple Cyncly brand domains, demonstrating the value of the ongoing partnership.

Passion built reporting dashboards and also offered advice on SEO.

The team at Passion Digital have been fantastic. Chily, Chris and Demi have all been a pleasure to work with. As a start up you often need vendors to offer their opinions and given this is an area that we're all learning they've been great at being patient with us while we learn. They've offered help, support, ideas and even introduced us to other vendors where they see potential for partnership.

We have a weekly meeting with the team and they also send out weekly reports. Anything that we have asked for we've been provided in a timely manner and it's often been us that the team have been waiting on (and chasing us) for. We wanted to increase our brand awareness, engagement, and web traffic. As a charity, we have a Google Ad Grants account, which gives us a certain amount of money per month to use in Google Ads. However, we needed someone to manage those ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Passion Digital helps us with our Google Ads management, which includes providing analytics. Still, besides the PPC work, they've also provided us with SEO consultancy. When we first started working with them, we were in the process of setting up our Google Ads account. Given that it was a complicated process, they were consistently on a call with us to guide us through the initial stages.

Once the account was set up, Passion Digital started managing it completely. By that time, they had already been working for us as volunteers for many years, so they didn't really need to know anything new about us; the onboarding was very simple.

Before our paid engagement, Passion Digital came in to do workshops on topics like brand awareness, marketing, and SEO many times over the years. At some point, they analyzed our whole website and gave me feedback on what to change in order to gain more traction and traffic, as well as for the SEO to be more effective.

Their team contacted us because they wanted to support a charity that aligned with their ethics and values. After some time, we started working with them on our Google Ads as a paid engagement.

Although we've known Passion Digital for many years, our paid engagement started in August 2023, and it is ongoing. We recently signed our second yearly contract.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've had a really fruitful collaboration with Passion Digital over the years. One of their representatives has even become the career champion for our girls, so we have something bigger than a basic working relationship.

Their work has exceeded our expectations regarding the web traffic we're now getting. Thanks to them, we've seen a 70% increase in web traffic. Since we launched the campaign to promote our donations page, we've also seen a big increase in donations, and we've only started with that specific campaign recently.

These results are great, but we also have to consider that once we started working with Passion Digital as a paid service, we also changed our website architecture, style, brand, colors, pictures, and content. Therefore, Google Ads aren't entirely responsible for these results.

How did Passion Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Passion Digital delivers on time and on budget, and they communicate really well with us. They're always on time for our monthly meetings, and they show us a full analysis report. If I request any additional data, they send it to me quite quickly. We use Microsoft Teams and Outlook email to communicate.

I don't want to give a shout-out to just one teammate from Passion Digital. We work with many teammates, and the whole team is great.

Passion Digital is very professional in everything they do. The clarity of their analyses and reports is something I really appreciate and find very helpful. Overall, the way they present their work is very good and clear.

We have a quite specific collaboration, and it's working really well, so I don't think there's something for Passion Digital to improve.

We felt the project started quite slowly, we were very keen to start working on the findings and updates from the audit but we needed some specific actions from Passion. However, as soon as we raised this they did send over the actions and we now feel everything is managed and organised well.

As a relatively small charity with a small in-house team, Passion Digital have worked with us for 10 years to help support us to maximise visibility and traffic to key parts of our website through ongoing SEO and PPC work (mainly in the form of managing and advising on our Google Ad Grants). They have also worked on various discrete projects such as effective outreach link building work to help improve page rankings as well as improve domain authority.
