We needed to bring the spirit and energy of our company to our website. We also wanted to develop a more sustainable and malleable backend infrastructure that would empower us to create. Additionally, we wanted to emphasize our commitment to the animal health space with clear value propositions.

Partywave reimagined our frontend design, leveraging the core essentials of our existing brand. They also retooled our backend to give us the ability to quickly add, modify, and create new content. The team redid all the pages in our sitemap, including the homepage, species-specific pages, resource section, and about us page.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Partywave shared visual mock-ups each step of the way. They were ahead of schedule and hit development milestones. Thanks to their fast work, we launched two weeks earlier, before a big trade show.Our team is now much more quickly and easily able to update the website, including making large-scale changes, not just small copy adjustments. For example, adding new web pages is really easy; we can simply copy and paste a page and modify the content.While it's early to share user metrics, we have gotten a lot of great feedback on the look, feel, and commitment to animal health.

Partywave was awesome. They weren't afraid to nudge us when something was needed. The team went above and beyond to create quickly and answer their own questions. They did a very thorough onboarding, which enabled them to start and finish strong. We weren't slowed down with a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Moreover, they were always ahead of schedule and left a lot of room for us to create deliverables and find ways through if we got roadblocked. We also saved a ton of time because their first pass at the design was so strong that it didn't need much rework. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Their tech-savviness was impressive. Partywave was very good with AI; they truly use it as superpower, still thinking critically and leveraging their smart design capabilities. This, combined with their amazing design sense, allowed them to work fast and still deliver a high-quality final product.

We came to Partywave in 2022 with four separate brands — Altis ITR, excelTR, excelHR, and Altis Recruitment — and no unified identity. Partywave consolidated everything into two distinct brands, building each from the ground up: new visual identity, colors, copy, and slogans, plus two brand-new websites and a full migration from Webflow to WordPress. We've continued working with them since on website refreshes and everything in between.

While branding work doesn't always tie to a single hard metric, the results have shown up in a few clear ways since we started with Partywave in 2023: our web traffic has grown consistently since launch, and our marketing and brand presence have been recognized externally, including a 2026 nomination for Best Marketing Team by OnCon. We've also picked up multiple industry awards for our marketing since the rebrand, reinforcing that the new identity gave us a foundation that's actually working in market.

Partywave has consistently delivered on time, even with a full brand consolidation, two websites, and an ongoing relationship since 2022. They're highly communicative and responsive — no matter how random or last-minute our requests or emails are, they always come back to us quickly and are happy to help.

We also look at the website experiences and thoughtful, user-friendly product design. Lastly, speed of producing required assets is important for us, because we often work with short turnaround times.

Internally, we didn't have a definitive metric to help measure the ROI for their work. However, we were extremely happy with our ROI on working with PartyWave - we've received many compliments from our clients, potential clients on our rebrand, plus overall, PartyWave understood that we needed to streamline all of our media properties under one umbrella and they worked extremely well with us every step of the way.

The team at Partywave was able to break down the project into 4 steps. The first step was discovery, where they did intensive research about how to position our brand and came up with a strategy to move forward. Step 2 was ideation where we set up meetings to discuss each person's role and how we could collaborate to make sure the project was seamless from start to end with each person's support. The 3rd step was creation where they presented design visuals and started the process of telling our brand's story through their design work. The last step was execution where they presented us a final product for our social and web strategy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PartyWave delivered a whole new graphic identity that all of our team members resonated with, which is quite remarkable because we weren't too sure what kind of branding would impress our customers. We immediately received feedback from people that they love our logo and color scheme, and our new website which we’d never heard before right after we launched the new look.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They’ve been terrific. It’s rare for me to give such a high recommendation, but PartyWave has been incredibly thoughtful in their approach and the questions they’ve asked. Their processes are streamlined and sensible, and they meet all deadlines.

Even though they are a small team of two. They’ve clearly done their homework at every phase of the project. They were able to easy adapt with every obstacle they faced. They’re passionate and enthusiastic, and they take great pride in their work.

We needed a new website because we had a high volume of new customers. Additionally, we were in need of a refresh and rebrand to clean things up.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Partywave did a rebranding for us and built our website from scratch. The site allows our clients to find our pricing, locations, schedules, coaches, and FAQ. The site’s goal was for customers to get to know the studio before deciding to purchase. Partywave also included a functionality that allows users to create an account. 

Now, Partywave will be doing another rebrand and refresh of our business, and they’ll build a WordPress site. They’ll also do SEO for us.

For the first project, we only worked with Walker (Partner & Founder). Now, we’re working with him and Marcos (Partner & Design Lead) as well.

How did you come to work with Partywave?

I had heard of Walker through a friend who knew about Partywave. When we decided to refresh, we reached out to them, saw some of their work, and were really impressed. The game-changer was how collaborative they were and their good communication. We felt like working with a larger company would be less collaborative. Partywave felt right for our business, which is relatively small. Overall, we liked their vibe and the work they’d done.

We started working together in May 2019, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Partywave’s work, we’ve seen a significant increase in our business growth. Our site is more user-friendly, and we’ve never seen such a high increase in our client base. Our studios have been super busy since we reopened after the COVID-19 pandemic lockdowns. The business hasn’t stopped, and our numbers are higher than ever.

Even though we have an app, our website is our first point of contact. We have thousands of people coming into our locations every week, so it’s very important to have a functional, good-looking, and easy-to-use site. Our customers appreciate the easy access, and we’ve had many users sign up.

Additionally, the team is easy to work with, communicates well, and keeps us posted at every step of the journey, which we appreciate. I don’t know anything about this territory, so I get to learn from Partywave about how it all works, and they’re great at relaying that information. 

How did Partywave perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re fantastic at project management. The team runs the project really well and stays on top of things. Other contractors rarely meet deadlines and budgets. Meanwhile, when Partywave sets a deadline, they meet it. I’ve sometimes had to push meetings, and they’re accommodating and always ready to go. 

Even if they had delays, we would be okay with it because, with Partywave, success comes down to their communication. We communicate via email, and they update us through Google Meet. Lately, we’ve gotten to meet in person, which is nice. Perhaps if we’d used a large agency with many clients, we might not have gotten the same one-on-one attention. Overall, our experience with the Partywave team has been positive, and they’re a pleasure to work with.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Partywave’s communication skills. We’re spending a significant amount of money, so we want to have trust and communication, and we get both from them. We’ve worked with big providers that lacked consistency and good communication. Working Partywave has been a better experience — they run a tight ship.

I can’t think of anything they need to improve; they’ve hit all the key points for us. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be very clear about what you want and the direction you want to go. Also, be open to hearing from the experts. Even if you know what you want, I encourage an open mind because Partywave brings a lot of really good ideas to the table, and they know what they’re talking about. 

Listen to them and try not to come in guns blazing because there might be better options than you think. They helped us wade through the waters and find better solutions than our original ideas.
