## Project Overview

Panoptic Design Lab will produce professional video marketing content for GO First Consulting to showcase their services, framework, and value proposition for builders and remodelers. The project will include both promotional and educational video content designed to enhance GO First's marketing efforts.

## Project Timeline

- Project Completion: March 25, 2025

## Project Objectives

- Create compelling video content that demonstrates GO First's expertise in helping builders and remodelers generate leads and streamline operations

- Showcase the GO First Framework (Start, Build, Scale) through visual storytelling

- Develop testimonial videos featuring successful client case studies

- Produce educational content that positions GO First as thought leaders in the construction marketing space

## Deliverables

1. **Brand Overview Video (2-3 minutes)**

   - Comprehensive introduction to GO First's services and approach

   - Featuring Grant Füellenbach (founder) explaining the company vision

   - Overview of the 3-step framework and value proposition

2. **Client Testimonial Series (3-5 videos, 1-2 minutes each)**

   - Interviews with successful clients like Pinnacle Builders and Summit Construction

3. **Educational Content Series (5-7 videos, 3-5 minutes each)**

## Responsibilities

**Panoptic Design Lab will:**

- Provide all filming equipment and crew

- Handle all video production stages (pre-production, filming, editing)

- Create motion graphics and visual effects

- Deliver final files in agreed-upon formats

- Revise content based on feedback (up to 2 rounds of revisions per video)

**GO First will:**

- Provide access to office locations for filming

- Coordinate client testimonial participants

- Supply branding assets and guidelines

- Review and approve content at designated milestones

- Provide script outlines and key messaging points

• comprehensive marketing strategy documents
• Website & asset development for product release campaign
• Creative direction for cross-functional team

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This product release was completed 3 weeks ahead of schedule and an estimated $15k under total budget, in large part because of the value an efficiency provided by Panoptic.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Panoptic used a lightweight, agile approach to project management. Through regularly scheduled meetings, ad hoc discussion, and precise schedule management, Joel was able to deliver regularly and quickly. We ultimately delivered 3 weeks ahead of schedule.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a small shop, you will be surprised by the care and attention you get. Joel and his colleagues are a diverse and talented group that seemingly had multiple solutions and contingencies for every complexity we introduced. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Panoptic DesignLab could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. We will happily be coming back to Panoptic in the future!
