Our goal was to revamp our website into something more visually impactful and mobile-friendly.

We selected them based on how interactive their designers were, their variety of templates, and their provided support.

We utilized their templates on HubSpot to revamp our website and reached out to them for support on an ad hoc basis. Their support made it possible for us to turn around the job within 2–3 weeks of kickoff.

Our marketing assistant and I worked with their team as needed.

We have a lovely website, now, that is highly adaptable, unique, and reflective of our brand. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs? 

The workflow was good. The only issue would be the time difference. 

What did you find most impressive about this company? 

I was impressed with the design of their templates. 

Are there any areas for improvement? 

With the templates, it would have been beneficial if they gave us better guidelines on ideal image sizes. We’ll often have to drag and drop an image to test the size, which is quite time-consuming.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Palmspire has a significant impact on the development of our website by working with incredible speed and efficiency. Their reliability allows us to put our efforts towards other crucial projects, which has a positive effect on our bottom line.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management is handled through Slack, which was extremely effective. One of their team takes over from the other so that we have around-the-clock support. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their speed, efficiency, and level of expertise are most impressive. Palmspire never wastes time. All projects are completed practically overnight.
