Everything related to UI/UX experience and branding Paisanos helped me develop for my product. I had many ideas that needed some focus and experience to be made real. Today we use the base of the work they have done for me to develop our product. 

The UI kit that was delivered to me is a key part of our visual assets and we are continuously going back to it when we need to design a new function of our platform or webpage.

Paisanos also delivered some illustrations that we are using that truly helps develop our identity.

Lastly, they also helped me develop the logo and the colour scheme for our brand.

Creating a brand for Pathways, an educational technology platform, was both exciting and complex. Our goal was to develop a distinctive and appealing brand identity that would resonate with both course creators and learners.

I think they could have used the time we had a little differently. I would have liked more time working on designs and less on market research.

The website has recently launched and trully represents our culture, offering, values and value proposition. We have increased the incoming visitors and even if work is in progress regarding SEO we are already receiving leads from the website.

All deliverables were handed in on time, review meetings were well planned in order to optimize all the assistants use of time. Whenever unexpected issues arouse, the Paisanos team would always be responsive and quick to resolve and assist.

It was always a pleasure to be present in meetings every week that showed real progress in the project. All deadlines were met and the working roadmap was resepcted at all times. The creativity towards UX, UI and key messaging was trully valuable. They deep-dived into our culture, values, and value proposition to properly represent them in a concrete manner on the website.

We had a few changes in project management but this did not impact the outcome or meeting the deadlines.

Vyootrip is a corporate travel management software. On the one hand, the traveler has a mobile app where he can manage his trip autonomously, accessing a global offer of accommodation and transportation providers in one place. At the same time, the traveler is protected by a travel policy assigned by his company that will allow him to control spending on each reservation. In addition, the traveler will be accompanied by a personalized travel assistance service.

On the other hand, the company will have a dashboard where it will be able to regulate all its employees through tools such as travel policies and approval systems. In addition, it will be able to manage the different sources of expenses and invoices, as well as the departments within the company. In this way, the company will have a global and real-time view of all travel expenses.

Therefore, they make the work much easier and everything comes out correctly. Besides being professional, they are a friendly and approachable company. Undoubtedly, when you mix good culture and good experience, the results are always satisfactory.

Undoubtedly, Paisanos is one of the few projects that I would not improve almost anything. It is a company that has all areas well covered. They offer very good help to their clients and make the difficult easy.

The scope of the project consisted of a single, quite critical stage in our purchasing process: To reduce friction in the purchasing process for users when they need to transition from their mobile device to opening the A-POP door. It's an innovative purchasing experience where users often don't fully grasp that they can open the door by pressing a button on their mobile device and take out the products they want.

The objective was to be able to resolve that particular moment, providing clarity and dynamism to the purchasing flow. The key deliverables were:

• Mood board and Research regarding IOT and how to frictionless that specific part of the flow
• Screens of the "open door" moment
• Animation of those screens and different assets to make it feel better the interaction online - offline
• Copies and illustrations

The established dates were met. They provided all the materials and editable files so that we can make modifications. We are implementing everything done with our development team so we can measure.

They always tried to meet the deadline and put everything above to finish on time and according to expectations. There were a few elements that were later included, and were able to accommodate them without a problem. We even extended the collaboration with phase 2, given the positive outcome of phase 1. There was always someone form the team able to help and escalate if necessary.

Every single individual I had to work with was an expert in his/her field. Strong confidence in the team and the outcome that may come out of the interaction with the customer at different levels. They were able to look beyond our aspirations and presented options to introduce our company to the world in a very dynamic way.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Paisanos.io could have done differently?

Given that most of the people were working on a different timetable, I had to recognize the tremendous effort to accommodate our needs. As a recommendation, most of the time, they were right about a certain topic. So in case of doubt, push a little bit to make it happen; not always the customer is right.

We hire Paisanos to design and develop our mobile app and website. Our goal was to deploy our solution in Argentina and in Mexico.

Paisanos was introduced to us by a closed friend of mine. They offered us a good balance between price and service.

Our first milestone was to launch in Argentina with an insurer products offer. The main challenge was the whole integration with the insurer legacy system. Once online, Paisanos was responsible for the maintenance and making continuous improvement. They used react and java.

We had a long relationship, and the team varied. In some sprints we have had almost 5 persons working for our project, which include a Project Manager, an UX designer, a front end dev a back dev and a QA.

The project did really well in our first month in Argentina, but we had some issues in Mexico.

We use Jira, but at that moment Paisanos didnt have a management style defined.

They were really nice and empathetic.

I think nowadays they improved a lot and solved those issues they had at our time. When we were ther clients, they yet didn't have well-defined working methodologies.

We needed to develop a web version of our mobile apps and improve the usability and user interfaces of the whole platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We meet them after having two awful experiences with other companies. We had an immediate connection with them.

We started with a discovery process and some user testing of our existing apps, to discover pain points and to think on improvements. We went through a migration process with our previous provider for about a month to delegate the previous code and infrastructure to Paisanos. In a matter of weeks they delivered the first version of the web, and we finally launched mobile apps in June of 2020.

within two months after our apps were launched, we gathered more than 100K registered users. Even though the feedback from users wasn´t the best at the beginning, we managed to fix all the issues and have a stable app in a matter of weeks.

The communication was easy even though we went through the pandemic and a complicated lockdown. We were able to participate in the whole designing process with frequent updates and a demo every two weeks.
