Pack Fresh would receive all the packages we gave them. Once received, they would process the packages using the technology we provided and label every one. Once labelled, they would sort according to the label and then store the sorted packages overnight in their fridge and freezer. In the morning, they would then dispatch the sorted packages to our drivers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Low rate of mis-sorted packages. The error rate for mis-sorted packages has been extremely low compared to the previous provider, thus working with Pack Fresh has been very successful.

Very responsive and extremely professional. They have a really high attention to detail and have been great to work with.

I'm impressed by their ability to move quickly and deliver exceptional service. To move quickly is one thing, but to move quick AND provide the best service that I've ever seen in the industry is totally mind blowing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pack Fresh could have done differently?

Nope. It's been absolutely amazing so far. Everything is so smooth, that I sometimes forget I'm working with them, only to remember when I get my invoice on Friday :)
