Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

Qrious Tech Team LLP is an IT services and software development company based in Ahmedabad, India. The firm specializes in end-to-end digital solutions, including custom web and mobile application development, cloud infrastructure, AI-driven integrations, and enterprise software. It focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and client-centric technology solutions to businesses across diverse global industries.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Pace Wisdom Solutions to accomplish?

• We wanted to scale our delivery capacity without the overhead of full-time hires, especially for technologies like .NET and C# where finding good people locally was a challenge. On the managed IT side we wanted to stop having our developers context-switch into infra issues and focus on what they are good at.

• Great culture fit
• Good value for cost

How many teammates from Pace Wisdom Solutions were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Pace Wisdom placed React developers and .NET and C# engineers who worked across different client projects under our agency. The managed IT services scope covered our AWS environment including monitoring, patching, cost optimization, and incident response. They essentially became our extended infra team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our developers stopped getting pulled into infra issues almost immediately after Pace Wisdom took over managed services. On the staff aug side the .NET and C# engineers they placed were experienced and required minimal ramp-up time, which matters a lot in an agency context where client deadlines do not wait.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Very well. The managed IT services came with clear reporting and they were available when things needed attention. The augmented developers required very little management from our side which is exactly what you want.

What was your primary form of communication with Pace Wisdom Solutions?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to handle both sides of the engagement well. A lot of vendors are good at one thing but not the other. Pace Wisdom managed the infra side reliably and the developers they provided were genuinely productive from early on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pace Wisdom Solutions could have done differently?

We would have liked a bit more proactive cost optimization suggestions on the AWS side but overall the managed services coverage was solid.

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

GammaEdge Technologies provides IT staffing, staff augmentation, and end-to-end software development services. We help businesses scale their teams with skilled, pre-vetted tech professionals across AI/ML, Generative AI, Python, Data Engineering, Full Stack Development, Cloud, and QA Automation. We also offer remote contract resources, dedicated development teams, and project-based solutions to help businesses meet their technology needs efficiently.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Pace Wisdom Solutions to accomplish?

• We engaged Pace Wisdom as part of our GCC establishment in India. We needed a technology partner who could help us build and manage an engineering team on the ground quickly, while also handling managed IT services for our cloud environment on AWS. It was a significant engagement covering staff augmentation across Go, Node.js, React, and JavaScript, along with full managed IT services support.
• Setting up a GCC is not just about hiring people. You need the right talent, the right processes, and a stable infrastructure to support them from day one. Our goal was to have a functional engineering team in India within a few months, with AWS infrastructure running smoothly and a managed services layer so our global team was not managing infra across time zones.
• Pace Wisdom helped us identify and onboard engineers across Go for our backend services, Node.js for our middleware layer, React and JavaScript for frontend development. They also set up our AWS environment for the India operations and took on managed IT services responsibilities covering monitoring, security patching, access management, and support. It was a fairly comprehensive setup that ran across several months.

It was a fairly comprehensive setup that ran across several months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We went from zero engineering presence in India to a functional team contributing to our global product within a few months. The AWS setup was done properly from the start which meant we did not have to redo anything. The managed IT services gave our global leadership team confidence that the India infrastructure was being looked after without them having to be involved day to day.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Given the complexity of what we were trying to do, they handled it well. They understood that GCC establishment involves more than just technical delivery and were thoughtful about how they approached onboarding, team structure, and communication across time zones. Things moved at a pace we were comfortable with.

What was your primary form of communication with Pace Wisdom Solutions?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their understanding of what it takes to build a team, not just fill positions. The engineers they brought in were well matched to our culture and ways of working. That is harder to get right than most vendors realize and Pace Wisdom got it right.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pace Wisdom Solutions could have done differently?

The early stages of the GCC setup involved a lot of coordination and there were a few moments where we could have used more structured reporting. That improved as the engagement matured and by the second quarter things were running smoothly.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Pace Wisdom Solutions to accomplish?

• We brought Pace Wisdom in for staff augmentation across our engineering teams and for custom software development on a new module we were adding to our SaaS platform. We needed Java developers for our core backend, React and Next.js developers for our frontend, and a small custom development team to build a reporting module from scratch.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• On the staff augmentation side they placed Java developers who worked on our core platform APIs and React and Next.js developers who handled our frontend squad. For custom development they built a reporting and analytics module that sits on top of our AWS data layer, including data aggregation logic, a configurable dashboard UI in React, and export functionality.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• The reporting module shipped within the committed timeline and has become one of the more used features among our enterprise clients. The augmented developers integrated well into our squads and our delivery velocity improved noticeably during the engagement.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

• Solid. They operated like an extension of our team rather than an external vendor. Stand-ups, sprint reviews, everything was handled the way our internal teams work. No friction.

What was your primary form of communication with Pace Wisdom Solutions?

• In-Person Meeting
• Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• The versatility. We needed frontend, backend, and AWS expertise at the same time and they were able to cover all three without us having to go to multiple vendors. That made coordination a lot simpler.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pace Wisdom Solutions could have done differently?

• Nothing that significantly impacted the engagement. We were happy with how things went overall.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of Klanto, a financial services company. We offer multi-currency accounts, virtual cards, subscription management, and revenue-based financing to help businesses efficiently manage finances, control expenses, and save money, especially for bootstrapped and remote teams.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Pace Wisdom Solutions?

Our product handles corporate card transactions, expense management, and ERP integrations for Canadian businesses. That means our infrastructure needs to be reliable, secure, and built to handle financial data with the right controls in place. The goal was to work with a cloud consulting partner who could assess where we were, design the right architecture, and help us implement it in a way that would hold up as we scaled. We also needed to make sure our cloud environment was structured for compliance given the nature of what we do.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pace Wisdom Solutions led the full cloud consulting engagement on AWS. They started with a thorough assessment of our existing setup and came back with a clear architectural roadmap. From there, they worked with us on environment design, security and access controls, networking, and deployment pipelines. A big focus was making sure our infrastructure was well-structured for data security and reliability given that we are a fintech platform dealing with financial transactions and accounting integrations. They also put in place proper monitoring and alerting so we had visibility into our environment at all times.

What is the team composition?

We worked with 2–5 teammates from Pace Wisdom Solutions.

How did you come to work with Pace Wisdom Solutions?

They were referred to me. I chose them because they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

~50000

What is the status of this engagement?

July 2023 to Oct 2024

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our cloud environment is in a significantly stronger place than it was before we engaged Pace Wisdom Solutions. The architecture is cleaner, security controls are properly in place, and we have the kind of infrastructure confidence that lets us go into enterprise conversations without worrying about what is running under the hood. The work they did has directly supported our ability to grow and onboard more Canadian businesses onto our platform.

How did Pace Wisdom Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

They managed the project really well. Communication was clear and consistent from the start, and that is something we genuinely valued. We always knew exactly where things stood, what decisions were needed from our side, and what was coming next. They responded quickly, never left us waiting on answers, and flagged anything that needed attention early rather than sitting on it. For a project of this scope in a regulated space, that kind of discipline in communication made a real difference.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their time to action stood out the most. Once requirements were clear, they moved fast, and the quality of what they delivered reflected that they had thought things through properly and not just rushed. There is a tendency with some vendors to either move slowly or move fast and cut corners. Pace Wisdom Solutions managed to do neither. They also understood the fintech context well enough to ask the right questions about compliance and data handling without us having to spell everything out.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.

Pace Wisdom led the cloud consulting and AWS migration end to end. They assessed our existing setup, designed the right architecture for our workloads, and handled the full migration. The custom software development scope included Next.js based frontend work and JavaScript integrations across some of our product modules. On the AI side they contributed to our agentic AI implementation, helping us build and deploy machine learning backed workflows that power parts of our voice agent layer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The AWS migration went smoother than we expected and our infrastructure has been noticeably more stable since. The custom development work was delivered on schedule and is live in production. The agentic AI implementation went live faster than we had planned internally, which gave us a meaningful head start. The team delivered across all three areas within the timelines we agreed on and that consistency made a real difference for us as a startup.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Very well. They were responsive throughout and did not let things drag. Any time there was a blocker or a decision that needed our input they flagged it quickly rather than letting it sit. Deliveries came in on time and the communication was clear. For a company like ours where speed matters a lot, working with a team that respects timelines is genuinely valuable

What was your primary form of communication with Pace Wisdom Solutions?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their cloud and AI capabilities stood out. It is not common to find a partner who is equally comfortable with AWS architecture and also understands how to build and deploy agentic AI systems. Pace Wisdom brought both to the table and did it without a long setup period. The speed and quality of delivery across the engagement were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pace Wisdom Solutions could have done differently?

Nothing significant. The engagement was smooth and they delivered what they committed to.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire Pace Wisdom Solutions to accomplish?

• Cloud Consulting, DevOps & Managed IT Services Engagement
• We brought Pace Wisdom in to help us get our cloud infrastructure and security posture in shape. We are a SaaS company running on a pretty complex multi-cloud setup across AWS and Azure, and we needed a partner who could handle cloud consulting, DevOps, and managed IT services all at once, not just one piece of it.
• We were scaling fast and starting to land bigger enterprise clients, but our infrastructure was not ready for that level of scrutiny. We needed centralized visibility across our cloud environments, consistent security policies, and a setup that could actually support compliance requirements going forward. The bigger goal was to remove infrastructure as a blocker so our sales team could close deals without security gaps holding things up.

How many teammates from Pace Wisdom Solutions were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The engagement covered cloud consulting and DevOps work across our AWS and Azure environments. Pace Wisdom standardized our IAM policies, encryption practices, and network configurations using infrastructure as code, so we were not dealing with configuration drift between environments anymore. They also set up centralized logging and monitoring, hardened our Kubernetes clusters, and helped us put together proper documentation and audit trails. On top of that, they took on managed IT responsibilities so our internal team did not have to babysit infrastructure day to day.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The numbers speak for themselves. We secured infrastructure across all our cloud environments and saw a significant drop in security gaps almost immediately. We also moved from having basically no audit-ready documentation to being fully prepared for our compliance audit. That alone unlocked conversations with enterprise clients that were previously stalled.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Honestly, the pace at which they moved was one of the most impressive parts of the whole engagement. We expected this kind of infrastructure overhaul to drag on for months with constant back and forth, but their team kept things moving quickly without cutting corners. They were organized, communicated clearly, and gave us visibility into progress at every stage.

What was your primary form of communication with Pace Wisdom Solutions?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their DevOps expertise really stood out. It is one thing to know AWS or Azure individually, but managing security and consistency across both clouds at the same time is a different challenge altogether. They clearly knew what they were doing technically, but they also explained things in a way our non-technical stakeholders could understand, which made the whole process a lot smoother.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pace Wisdom Solutions could have done differently?

Honestly, we struggled to find anything significant to flag. If we had to nitpick, a bit more proactive guidance on long-term cost optimization across the clouds would have been a nice addition, but that did not take away from the core engagement at all.
