Pace Wisdom Solutions has built our MVP and is providing full lifecycle development and maintenance. The MVP and product are a Gen AI embedded mentoring and capital management system using TTS and STT.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We set and hit milestones and delivery targets. We were able to get an MVP working for investment rounds. It took them six months to deliver the MVP, and they’ve been continuously improving it by adding features and reusing the majority of the MVP.

Pace Wisdom Solutions has done a great job. Diksha has been fantastic. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Yagnesh and Rajshakar have been fantastic partners, and Diksha helps the project run smoothly. I’m very happy with the team. We collaborate. I have a long career in development, and it’s nice to work with a team that listens, isn’t intimidated, can experiment, guide, and be a real partner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s always room to improve, but I wouldn’t change anything. I always seek value and make decisions from that perspective, not from a price perspective. Pace Wisdom Solutions delivers a great deal of value at a very good price. For a startup, this is invaluable.

The team vendor has assigned to handle the project has been learning to know our work processes and the team has been stable without a need for us to reintroduce our processes and needs.

All of our suggestions has been dealt with and we are happy with the collaboration. Cost pressure is always a real thing, so we need to keep the process efficient and fees down.

We hired Pace Wisdom Solutions as our DevOps consultant to improve the reliability, speed, and security of our engineering operations. Their goal is to stabilize our infrastructure and deployments, strengthen our CI/CD pipelines, set up better monitoring and incident response, standardize our environment and release processes through documentation and infrastructure-as-code, and optimize cloud performance and costs so our team can ship changes faster with fewer failures and less operational firefighting.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Pace Wisdom Solutions has conducted a DevOps audit and created a roadmap. They have reviewed our existing infrastructure, CI/CD, and release practices and delivered a prioritized improvement plan. The team has also worked on CI/CD and deployment hardening by building and optimizing pipelines, standardizing environments, and improving release and rollback processes to reduce failures and speed up shipping. Additionally, they have implemented monitoring, logging, and alerting and provided runbooks and knowledge transfer for incident handling and day-to-day operations.
