The results have been outstanding. The design of the front end is very professional and has helped the brand (RidePool) stand out. Since the website launch, Ridepool has seen a 40% increase in direct online bookings. Our operational efficiency improved significantly because the automated system reduced the need for manual dispatching. Additionally, the site’s performance metrics are excellent, with high user retention and significantly improved search engine rankings.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Pace Infosys could have done differently?

The experience was very positive overall. In the early discovery phase, we could have benefitted from a slightly more aggressive timeline for content gathering from our side, which would have accelerated the design phase even further. However, this is a minor point in an otherwise perfect delivery.
