We chose this vendor because of their flexible offers which does not affect quality and standard industry devices with flexible costing

I discussed to the vendor the company’s requirements and we identify the problem. The vendor proposed solutions based on devices availability(industry standard used) and since we’re all facing pandemic crisis, proposal should be budget friendly. After finalizing the exact needs of the company, we schedule the implementation.

Their President is the main contact person. I also worked with 2 technical and 1 after sales.

Currenlty we experience stable connectivity and secured terminals although network is under observation. The vendor is always ready to assist us for our inquiries, needs and request.

I think constant communication is the key for the success of the project. They were reached easily for questions and assistance.

The flexibility of devices they offer and the brands.

We found them through an online search. We chose them over other options because of their high ratings and proximity to our geographic location.

We’ve had some troubles, but the owner of P-tech People and Technology Inc. is active and can be easily reached when needed. The new equipment and setup have had a big impact since it’s our first office.

The timeline is just right.They delivery on time and stay on track. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always active in communicating with us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to ensure that the devices, such as a display adapter, are compatible with the computer and monitor they provide and recommend. For example, when we tried to connect the second monitor as a C-type display, it didn’t work, so we had to stick with the VGA cable, which lessened the quality of the monitor. Moreover, they should have testing devices to see their compatibility. They might also need to provide a computer setup module that can be shown to clients to ensure everything is compatible with each other.

We have an online questionnaire that we have been using to support our clients for several years now, and which works exactly as we wanted it to. We also have improved IT capability and support when we have problems. Our internet provision was also improved and cheaper.

Pretty good. There is always someone available, and they are very helpful.

They have a very good range of IT expertise. One of our consultants was female so it was nice to have some gender balance in a predominantly male industry.

Making sure the terms of a contract are 100% clear with no room for misunderstanding.
