I am the principal/founder of SC Law.

Outlier Creative helped me create my brand, designed website, IG, and overall essence. I had been working at another firm and was opening my own firm and was starting from scratch. They took the time to know me, to build something that truly reflected who I am as a person and a lawyer and mother.

I had seen their work with other firms and loved their unique approach to each firm. Not all lawyers are created the same they truly get that.

I had various meetings with the principal and later with her design team to see what I wanted my logo to entail. Initially I thought I wanted to go one direction trying to be "legal" and after several drafts (thank God for their patience) they suggested something very personal to me and how I could use that to create my own logo. Once I saw the final logo I knew that was IT.

It was me! From there on we worked on building the website and things I wanted to highlight. After that was completed we worked on my IG launch. I'm a huge Dodger fan and didn't want to be depicted as a stuffy lawyer and they come up with this wonderful idea of using a pic of me in my jersey to announce the launch of SC Law. I was contacted by so many people as to who did this and they wanted to hire them.

They later on incorporated my balance of being a mother and trial attorney and it has all been super well received. I constantly get compliments on my brand and I know several colleagues have hired them because they too appreciate their unique approach to each client.

Over the entire course I would say at least 8 people Principal/founder, Web designer, videographers (interviewer, editors), social media manager, COO, photographers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

From the moment my IG launched SC law, I was bombarded by compliments of how they loved my logo and style. The compliments continue to come in and several colleagues and friends have hired them because they too want their brand properly represented.

We had weekly meetings that moved to zooms on content being published to make sure I was ok with it. We also communicated regularly via email. They were always timely in their responses and if there was any delay, it was on my end. They were on it!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They revolutionized how lawyers are seen and perceived. They really understand the industry and how the public perceives lawyers and has helped the public see attorneys in a different light - more positive and as human beings and people that can be related to.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nope they are beyond amazing.

We needed someone to build brand awareness and drive new business by creating social media posts and managing our accounts.

We selected Outlier because of their demonstrated success building brands and growing social media engagement with other law firms in our community.

Outlier took the time to understand our needs, and then executed on our requests by organizing a "media day" for the firm to capture photos and videos of the team, which were then used to update our website and create content that was shared on our various social media channels.

We worked with about half a dozen folks on Outlier's team, including the owner of the agency, our account manage, and various videographers, photographers, and social media experts.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have steadily increased the number of followers on Instagram and the number of interactions on our posts has increased during the time Outlier has managed the account. We also hear anecdotally that people enjoy our posts and see them frequently (but not too often!)

We communicate seamlessly with Outlier over Slack, so the workflow has been great.

Outlier Creative Agency understands the legal industry in a way that most marketing companies do not, and they are very good at creating videos and other assets that resonate with our audience.

Nothing comes to mind.

The workflow between our team and Outlier is very streamlined. Myself and one employee meeting regularly with 2 teams members of Outlier to discuss the progress of ongoing projects and give new ideas and projects at this time. We work together to create the best action plans and deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What is most impressive about Outlier Creative Agency is their ability to offer full service marketing, whereas other companies only cater to specific areas (i.e. social media). Outlier takes on any task we throw at them and they have demonstrated incredible reliability.

Outlier and our company have a really great rapport. We discuss anything that was a miss on either end and work together to create even better results for the future.
