Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Design and develop a high functioning website that showcases our services. We had spent a lot of time and money on rebranding and the new website needed to incorporate this branding to an extremely high standard. While also getting across our values and appeal to a varied audience across multiple departments.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The main metrics were the successful implementation of a new brand, client satisfaction was very high across the board and we hit the target launch date despite a truncated timeline

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We had a wonderful project manager in Tom, no ask was too big or small and they were always quick with responses and kept to deadlines. They were so extremely hands on throughout and managed to deliver a successful website that catered to the needs of 9 different stakeholders with differing opinions. No easy feat.

What was your primary form of communication with Our Name is Mud?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were just so accessible; it felt like chatting to a friend or an extension of our team. Again they were so hands on and really supported the team in guiding them to the best solution or outcome for where we wanted to take the site

Are there any areas for improvement or something Our Name is Mud could have done differently?

My only feedback would be the limitations that arise when being the middle man for certain areas of the project. There are a few reasons on both sides that this could have went more smoothly but on the copywriting in particluar, not having regular access to the writer was difficult at times and perhaps facilitating or orchestrating some more regular contact may have worked better in some ways. But that is more something to consider in future than a real cause for any issues.
