Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

When I engaged Otter PR, the project unfolded in three clear phases—Discovery, Draft & Review, and Publication—each designed to keep me involved and ensure the final article hit the mark.

Discovery

We began with a tailored questionnaire to map out my brand positioning, target audience, and the narrative I wanted to convey.
Topic Alignment: Otter PR proposed angles based on my goals (credibility-building, referral‑partner focus), and we agreed on the final story outline.

Draft & Review

First Draft: Their writing team drafted a full‑length article, weaving in key messages about how I equip service businesses to attract referral partners.

Client Review: I received the draft, provided comments and a few additional anecdotes, and they turned it around in a second‑draft within 24 hours.
Final Approval: After one more minor tweak—primarily around headline phrasing—I signed off on the polished article.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Great engagement on my social media platforms

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What sets Otter Public Relations apart is how they invest time understanding your brand story. From our very first call, they asked the right questions—about my vision, values, and the voice I want to project—so that every press release, article, or pitch feels authentically “me,” only far more polished.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Otter Public Relations could have done differently?

If I had one small quibble, it would be the inclusion of a few more photos in the articles. As someone who loves visual proof, extra images would add that “wow” factor. But that’s purely a personal preference and in no way undermines the outstanding quality of their work.

They asked for "proof" to include a sentence I provided them with ("I-WHEEL is the first American brand of fashion accessories for wheelchairs and wheelchair life"), but I obviously cannot provide any, because 1) it is my USP and 2) I cannont provide what does not exist.

The picture at the top of the article was not the one I provided them with and was dull, so that's an issue when I share the link because that's the picture which shows up.
