Osiz was responsible for everything from UI/UX design to full-stack development, product catalog migration, payment gateway integration, and performance optimization. They implemented a responsive, mobile-first layout and integrated our backend for real-time inventory and order management. Post-launch, they also provided ongoing technical support and refinements.

Since launch, we’ve seen measurable gains in site performance, lower bounce rates, and improved customer engagement,especially on mobile. The new platform is faster, more secure, and gives us the flexibility to grow as we expand our product offerings.

The process was well-organized, with weekly progress calls, Slack communication, and milestone tracking via Trello. They delivered according to the timeline we agreed on and remained flexible when we needed minor changes mid-project.

Osiztechnologies Limited has helped us understand and add more information to our project to make it more efficient and adaptive to future technology. Initially, we had a written proposal with the background information, technicalities, and how we wanted the system to operate. Before deciding on the final product, we had several discussions with them. They helped us improve some areas to ensure it was compatible with what we wanted.

Then, they started the project from scratch. They’ve provided reports and done testing at every stage. They use PHP for custom software development. Also, they’ve helped us to maintain the system, ensuring it’s safe even after finishing development. Now, we’re in complete control of the platform, but we’re improving a few areas.

It’s been good so far. Currently, we’re reviewing the work they’ve done in the first phase so we can give them feedback. In general, the system has been partially audited and is almost complete. We’ll later be able to roll out the first phase into the market.

Although they delivered the project a little late, they’ve been great with communication — we always have feedback in time. Also, they have a well-connected network. If we need anything that isn’t within their internal reach, they reach out to the resource externally and deliver the idea as required.

We communicate via Skype, Google Meet, Zoom, Email, and Telegram.

They’re highly reliable. The team is committed to delivering everything we request.

They must advise their clients about some platforms, especially the integrated APIs for email and servers for startup companies. Also, they should let their clients know the costs of these services so that it doesn’t shock them when they have to pay.

You need to do your groundwork without relying on advice from social media. You also need a technical team who can understand and fast-track everything.
