We wanted to do a UX audit of one of our products and have them design our new upcoming products.

What was the scope of their involvement?

For the UX audit, Osedea did customer interviews, research, analysis of our products and the competition, and provided a full report, including ideas for how to improve. For our new product, they did research, provided a design system, and high-fidelity mock-ups so our development team could get right to making it happen.

What is the team composition?

We worked with a UX designer full-time and a project manager part-time.

How did you come to work with Osedea?

We found them through a referral. They provided the right mix of services, had a great portfolio, and were easy to deal with.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2025, and they finished the first phase of the project in August 2025. However, we plan on continuing our relationship for the upcoming phases.

The high-fidelity wireframes were presented to several potential clients and partners, and everyone was thoroughly excited about the new UX/UI.
